The slowest CFA I have ever been to. They seriously could not care less if you get your food. Most of the time it is wrong.... Tonight I waited 33 minutes and all they said was that someone must have stolen the food. No apology at all. So I'm not the kind of person to normally write reviews, but I'm hoping someone sees this, I love chick-fil-A but the service at... the location in Ashburn is just getting worse and worse, I frequently order online, and while some miscommunication and mistakesare to be expected, they've started getting my order wrong every single time now, it's getting ridiculous, it's never big enoughof a deal to get a refund but it is definitely not the service I'm used to at Chick-fil-A. I have to say this location is consistent in its food quality. The problem is it is always old (even when you ask for fresh)... and looks worst. I have been twice in the evening and had to return my entire order both times. Unfortunately, my familywanted to get breakfast there this morning. I tried to talk them out of it, but they allowed their stomachs to guide them tothe horrible decision that is Chick-fil-A. Cold biscuits and cold, greasy hash browns are what I received after (once again)asking it to be made fresh and then asking who appeared to be a manager, if it was made fresh. She said, "yes," but when I droveup from the window, I checked as I handed them their food. The answer, as always, was "no." Read more
I have eaten at this location approximately six times and all but one time have I actually received what I ordered. I asked for... a 12 count chicken nugget meal large today and was informed at the order box they only had 5 and 8 count meals(which I?ve hadthis happen before). Another time I ordered a spicy deluxe with pepper jack cheese and the lady read it back exactly as I hadordered and all that I had received was a regular spicy chicken sandwich with pickles. So I ordered the 8 count meal uponopening the box there was only 3 actual nuggets and the rest were scraps. Best Chick Chick-fil-A location I ever visit. Staff was prompt to take order. Food was very quick even though there was long... line both at the counter and drive thru. Eating in experience was almost regular restaurent with lovely table set up. Familyfriendly with a little play ground for kids. Read more
This location is usually busy during lunch/dinner time but they move quickly. The staff is very friendly and courteous. You can... order ahead and pick up through the drive thru or in person. The food is the same at every location. One thing to note aboutthis one is to check your order if you have many items. Multiple times we had food missing and one time we got an extrasandwich. Either way, you don't want to find out when you get home. During my last visit, the lettuce was bad in one of thesandwiches and the ice cream cone had a part of another cone inside; so I ate a piece of paper. ???? Read more

I would say this place is pretty good, but I'm not that big of a fan of the nuggets. The spicy chicken sandwich is good though.... Going through the drive thru doesn't take very long. I would have given a 4.5 but I can't. Read more
