Every time I order a burrito, it is made as if they squished everything together to where most of the food that is supposed to... be on the inside is on the outside?!?! Also, I just ordered today, 10/6/2022, a burrito and got a bowl?!? How is that andwhy...ordered a side of chips with guacamole, and this is how fresh the guacamole was...see the picture! I feel I have to give a huge shout out to the staff tonight at chipotle. Not only was the young lady who took my order pleasant... smiling but everybody was pleasant. The place was a zoo there was a line out the door they were working their tails off andthere was only five people there tonight. I hope chipotle appreciates the stuff they have they were all friendly, smiles ontheir faces and everybody look like they were enjoying themselves. This is the only chipotle I ever go to and never have problems but had one of the worst experiences ever today. I order my bowl... online and picked it up, took it home and sat at the dining table. I start eating and mid way I bite into something really hard,I spit out my food to see what it is. There was pieces of broken glass in bowl?. So many questions! First how does that evenhappen? This Chipotle is extremely small for where it is located. It is inside a plaza where Whole Foods and small restaurants are. it... is disappointing they don't have the burrito loading zone parking lots like all the other restaurants do. Instead they have 4designated handicap spots. What does that mean? Get ready to spend time looking for a spot in a congested area. 2 handicap spotsand 2 Chipotle mobile order spots would have been better. Read more
