Poor customer service! Been to this location many times and it seems to be going downhill. I came to pick up an online order and... stood there waiting to be acknowledged and had to speak up and say I?m picking up an order.. And I received an unfriendly ?ifit?s here then grab it? response. There were no forks and my meal ended up being way too spicy. They are skimp with the portionsor put on way too much hot sauce. I understand if busy or having a bad day? but it?s been this way the past few times goingthere. They need new management. Disappointed! Read more

I ordered a lifestyle bowl take out online which is 12.5$ after going home it was just a rice bowl sans rice and beans,the... portion was 1/3 Rd of the regular rice bowl. I paid extra money for removing rice and beans I guess.I thought they will add moreveggies and meat as they are charging 3$ more than regular bowl but it was a bummer.Also one day I went to order after 9 PM theysaid they are taking only online orders (they didn't mention the reason) and online system was not showing delivery window.Thisstore has really poor service and rude staff Read more

Complete waste of money and time. Got to Chipotle before 9pm, they said you can only do online orders. No problem at all, I... ordered online and waited about 10 minutes. Got my food and went home. Then I get home to realize they gave me the completewrong order with stuff I?m actually allergic to on it. So I drove back to the store to get them to make a new order. They didwith no issues but while they?re making the new bowl one of the other workers is spraying cleaning products and wiping down theglass while reaching and leaning all over the food. That?s got to be some kind of health code violation I?m sure. Needless tosay I should?ve just asked for a refund rather than having them remake the bowl. Will never come back here again. Poor management. I feel bad for the few workers up front hauling their tails to get done, they are obviously totally overwhelmed... without proper support. I frequent chipotle often, but at least at this location, quality and timely service has gone down. Theyshould not allow the app at this store since they aren?t staffed for the extra influx. My order had barely any rice and chickenand it was in a huge puddle of sour cream and salsa. Walking in you could see it was a cluster of total disarray. I?m notwriting this to berate the workers but to give feedback to managers since they will undoubtedly see an eventual decline ofpatronage. It?s just a shame that quality has to suffer because of quantity of people. My order time was scheduled to be pickedup at 8:10. I got it at 8:43. Read more

This is probably the worst take out experience for an online order to be picked up at this location. Requested beans to be... packed on the side for a Burrito Bowl and instead, everything was thrown in together untidily. Cheese was not requested but itwas dumped it in anyway. An almost empty burrito bowl with no more than a tablespoon of chicken. All the bowls had differentquantities of food. We had to take from one and put in to the other bowls so everyone got a fair share. Overall, Chipotle islike nothing like it used to be in terms of quality, value and service. This location reflects that. Cutting corners is onething, but you are still obligated to give customers what they pay for. Read more

Very poor service. Took over 30 minutes AFTER I arrived late to pick up my order. The staff does not speak nicely to... customers. After repeated poor service, I stopped coming here and happily drive further to a Chipotle that has better service. Read more
