The donuts seemed fresh enough, but staff lazy and anti social. The customer before me was refused help due to ?not enough... workers.? Was then directed to use a digital self help kiosk. The staff looked towards me, avoided eye contact, and nevergreeted us or so much as acknowledged us. I stood their waiting and watched the woman using the kiosk. A gentleman came in andchecked the coffees on the counter for his order then ducked out. The lady looked at not and complained how they were rude toher. So I stood and waited, about 10 minutes, for one of the 4 visible staff to approach me or direct to me to the kiosk. I wasignored until one of them heard my conversion with the disgruntled lady before me. Finally the girl whom avoided eye contactcame over and asked what I wanted. The other customer scoffed stating ?well looks like they?ll help you, but not me for somereason.? It was a very uncomfortable experience. Read more

This tiny, very cute, lady provided some excellent service when I came to order my splendid hot coffee on Wednesday. Her jokes... made me want to cry laugh. She told me all about her day when I asked and she was very funny. Her service was SMASHING. She mademy coffee very well, it tasted like I was at home in the countryside in my hometown in England sitting next to my four cats andtwo sons and I will be coming every day just to taste the coffee that was made by her. It felt like the workers were annoyed that we walked in. As soon as we stepped through the doors, we were told we can order from... the kiosk and no one approached the register. We attempted to order from the kiosk but needed to pay with cash.We were ignoredand finally someone approached the register but was unfriendly. Read more

If I could give this place zero stars I totally would. Every time I go to this place the customer service is the worst I?ve ever... seen. They never seem like they are in a good mood they never want to help you they just pretty much throw your stuff at you andwant you to go on your way. Even the management is horrible. Dunkin please get some better people to work in this environment. Read more

The customer service is AWFUL, beyond awful. They are so unfriendly and always have an attitude when they hand you your... drink/food. They also make the drinks wrong each time. I get the latte with whipped cream on top which is then supposed to havecaramel on it but each time they have put cinnamon on top instead of caramel. What the heck?? They need work here. NOW. Prepare to be ignored and wait. I walked in at a off peak time and was the only customer waiting to order, with one couple... sitting at a table. Six employees were moving around behind the counters but none of them could be bothered to even acknowledgemy presence. Instead they were busy talking amongst each other about what sounded like personal topics not related to thestore. I walked in ready to shop, but after waiting 5 minutes and seeing that customers are far from their top priority, Iturned and walked out. (and still nobody called out or said anything!) I've had several bad experiences now. They're consistently slow. There's one employee inside who slowly makes drinks and only... addresses a new customer every 7-10 minutes. One time I used drive thru and ordered a croissant sandwich. They gave me a plain,uncut, croissant and I had to turn around, go back, and wait 15 minutes for them to get it right. No apology. I?ve been going to this location for 6 years, great location and very convenient. Over the years there?s been a few misses here... and there, no big deal. Service has been declining over the past few months. I?ve watched people pay for their item and stilldrive off after waiting 10+ minutes. I?ve done the same. In the past 4-6 weeks it?s every day. Computer and microphone isn?tworking or not enough employees, on and on and on. I get that everyone is having some sort of issue, but you?re losing businessand the regulars are fleeing to Starbucks.
