I have not only worked at IHOP but in the restaurant and hospitality industry for over 10 years. So I understand favoritism with... certain people/guests. But this was ridiculous. We checked in as a family of 3. Were told 10-15, that?s totally fine. 10 minuteslater another family of three comes in and checks in. The guest asked the host how long (in spanish) the host then looked at meand replied they were here first but they can wait I?ll get you seated now. I am from New Mexico. I have a light skin tone but Ido know Spanish. Had the host not made eye contact with me and then said that in Spanish just assuming I wouldn?t understand Iwouldn?t have been as upset. This is a restaurant. Be professional and don?t assume someone can?t understand you because younever know. Read more
Totally don?t recommend going to this iHop. I went to eat with my boyfriend a brunch there last thursday and I got a huge... stomach pain after done with my food. I ended up being in the ER and throwing up multiple times. My bf got the same thing thefollowing day and was going through the same thing. This restaurant has unhealthy food served and leads to food poisoning. Don?tgo if you have other options, think twice for you own health. Read more

Staff was very positive and helpful with making recommendation. The establishment was not really busy and there was no wait for... a table. The food was very fresh. After we placed our order our wait was very short for our food. The establishment was cleanand well lit. Read more
horrible customer service?. didn?t even end up eating here? walked in on a tuesday around 11am? stood at the front to wait to be... seated and no one came to greet us or ask us how many in our party?. waited patiently for over 5 minutes while staff continuedto walk right by me to the register to take someone?s money and then go back into the kitchen?. i understand that it was aweekday and they probably weren?t fully staffed, but there is no excuse to leave a customer standing around with zeroacknowledgement of their presence? when i finally interrupted an employee taking payment, she told me the wait was 20 minutesfor a table for 4?. so i took my party and we left and went to a different ihop 15-20 minutes away and had much better, muchfriendlier service Read more
Food and service was amazing! I cannot sing more praises about this location! The integrity of the workers here is above and... beyond, my son lost his phone here and they kept it safe for us until we returned to get it. Well to start, this Ihop is the best, even though I work there I love my job and the people who support me, I really aprecciate... my managers for helping during this thanksgiving week cuz I was doing it by myself.
