I worked at a JJ's for 6 years and it was never hard to make sure the bread we put out wasn't rock hard. If it was, we wouldn't... use it. I've ordered maybe 20 subs this year from this store and I've had 4 where the bread didn't sound like a door when youknocked on it. I don't understand how they let it leave the store like that. I ordered an Italian sub at work. The sub looked amazing, took a few bites, opened it and found (what I thought at time) to be a... gray curly hair and looked over and saw another one!! I picked it up, to get a closer look, and seems to be a plastic string orwire of some sort with odd green balls attached. So disgusted and praying that I didn?t ingest any, unknowably, before Irealized what was in my sub. A refund from DoorDash is simply not enough!!! Read more

Is there an option to rate this location with lower than one star? My brother and I went to 44110 Ashburn Village Blvd today for... a couple of cold cuts sandwiches. Upon entrance to the establishment we weren't greeted at all. No "Hi, how are you?" Not even asimple "hello". I know its a Sunday, but still, at least have the decency to make the customer feel welcome. We then approachedAidan behind the counter to order. Where at this point he scoffed and it appeared that helping us was just entirely too much todeal with. We ended up choosing to not purchase drinks or chips in an attempt to get out of there sooner. The sandwiches? Theydon't taste too good when their made with spite and attitude...In short, we 10/10 DO NOT recommend going to this location. Wordscan't express how blatantly rude Aidan was. Very disappointing. By far the worst Jimmy Johns experience I've ever had. $15.88down the drain. Read more
Agree with most of the reviews here. This particular Jimmy John's is freaky slow. I've never had a problem with the in store,... but my god that delivery is suuuuuper slow. Read more
No option for 0 stars. Called to verify an order 3 times, no one answered the phones. 4th time, finally got a person, and they... told me they never received my order, despite Jimmy Johns putting the order onto my credit card. Speaking with the employee wasuseless. I asked for a manager, and he simply told me that he was the one "in-charge" that day, but couldn't actually resolvethe issue. He said I would probably have to make another order, so they would charge my card again HAHAHA! Won't go back. Thisused to be one of my favorite sandwich places, but apparently they have really slid. Last time I ordered from JJ the order was missing side items. I wasn't going to order from them again and decided I should give... them a 2nd chance. Ordered my sandwich came completely wrong ham, bacon, etc called and called no one ever answers. I emailedthe website said they forwarded it to the store no one EVER contacted me back on either issue. I work hard for my dollars itsnever okay especially that their store NEVER tried to fix the issue. Complete rip off! No one ever answers the phone either.....Where does this look like roast beef?
