We went at 8:30 on Saturday night for a quick drive-thru ice cream cone for the kids. It turned out to be the slowest... experience we've ever had in a drive-thru. I was expecting that when we finally received our ice cream cones, we would receivean apology for the time that it took to get our food. Literally THE worst McDonalds I've ever seen. The order is incorrect over 50% of the time (no exaggeration!). They are... extremely slow. The breakfast burritos are often cold. They often put the wrong number of cream and sugar in my coffee. Iordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit, but it was missing the egg. When I complain about any of this to the feedbackwebsite on the receipt, I get zero response. I only go here because it's the only fast food place close to my home and alongthe route to my work. I would love nothing more than for this place to be replaced by a Chick-fil-A. Read more
Horrible!! After getting cold nuggets went in not upset stated issue and address the associate as sir and asked for hot nuggets... the manager went to get and he states we don't take food back which I knew. O thought he would toss in waste since manyrestaurant do as a courtesy. This worker said rudely you can keep of you want to, I don't care. Again I said sir I didn't knowif just wanted to toss them. Do what you want! I called his manager and he kept interrupting, yeah I said it, I told you. Hewas rude and combative We were eating in the car as he left, put his bike in a truck. Just horrible and disgusting. They have flies inside of the deserts. Is that part of the menu? Or maybe a McFly? Part of the... deserts? I never had that horrible experience. Read more
Worst McDonald?s I have ever been to with rude employees who don?t speak but just stand in front of you and give dirty looks.... People Order Large items for a reason. They give french fries with the cup half full. It shouldn?t be hard for people to getsomething that they PAID for. Avoid this McDonalds at all costs. Read more

This location is no longer 24x7. There were crates blocking drive-through entry points earlier in the day, and when they were... removed, I sat un-noticed for several minutes at a dark and dirty looking mcdonalds. For shame since this location would likelydo very well if it were actually open 24x7 and staffed with chic-fil-a employees. Read more
