The staff is always exceptionally friendly. Menu even though pricey, has all the Mediterranean staples' you expect. Everything... is cooked fresh and very tasty. The Naan bread is always cooked fresh, the way they cook it now is a different process. Thebread is not as light and fluffy as it once was. Tends to be very thin and dry. What a waste of money! Joojeh kabob sandwich Had Barely meat. It was all Lettuce. You can get better food for $10.

Bread was spongy and not the one it used to be before. Kabob was overcooked. Definitely will not go here any time soon

Moby's, why have you changed your bread?? I first noticed it at the Sterling location when I watched them take already baked... bread out of a package. It was bland and spongy. So tonight we went to our preferred location in Ashburn and the oven/pit theyused to bake the bread in is gone. They at least used fresh dough but it's now cooked differently and is very thin, flat anddoesn't have yummy crispy spots, it's very limp. Taste is just ok, but nothing like the original. I?ve been coming here for 7+ years since I was a kid, and it was always good up until I?d say probably 2021 and onward. Some... days the kabob will be good but others its just different and overcooked. I get either the steak and chicken or steak and groundbeef. I've been ordering combo #3 for lunch once a week for quite a while now. It comes with lamb and ground beef kebab; I order it... just over rice. The lamb is tender every time -- sometimes even a little bit pink inside -- with deliciously browned edges. Thebeef is soft, amazingly seasoned and also is perfectly browned. The rice is fragrant, flavorful and fluffy -- such a good matchfor the meats. On top of that, it comes with a half piece of their delicious flatbread. I usually get two of their spicy greensauce instead of one each of green and yogurt sauce. One of the greens is what I dip the bread into and the other is fordrizzling onto bites that I've meticulously crafted and mounted onto my fork. Yikes, it's so good. The staff is very friendly,and I've had no issues with my orders; though, I have only ordered to take out from inside the restaurant.
