This location has consistently messed up the pizzas. The most lazy work on a pizza I have seen. The pizza is a mess, crust is... super thin, toppings all in the wrong place, barely any cheese.. they did this at least 5 times! Stay away from this location. Read more

I would hesitate to go there again. No employee wore a mask the last time I picked up. While employee freedom is important,... putting their customers at risk is not a very reassuring thing to do for any business, let alone one that is in the serviceindustry. Worst experience ever. I ordered a pizza which said 20 minutes time before, and it changed to 70 out of nowhere once I placed... it. Makes no sense whatsoever, and they said they would connect me to a manager to cancel it but they instead hung up the phone.Not professional at all and delayed my pizza by a whole hour. Read more

Worst place ever. Ordered a pizza on super bowl evening and it became a 74 minute wait. I then tried to cancel the order and... they hung up the phone multiple times. Then I had to pick up the pizza at closing time, when the super bowl had 5 minutesremaining. Really slow delivery, consistently. Often times the pizza is just barely warm after waiting much longer than other delivery... places in the area. Believe the other reviews on this one...I really like Papa but don't do delivery on this location. Read more
