*** messy and yucky cake *** Took my order on 3 days prior, I was so impressed but I didn’t know that one was such a bluff. I... ordered a customized of 6 inch and paid 75 bucks for it. The finishing was not same as I expected but I thought to compromise ontaste as it was special occasion I didn’t want to ruin the mood. And when we tasted it, it was such a disaster. So muchmoisture in cake and could def say cake dipped in water so something, I never had such a messy cake. If anyone needs help withpicture or so I can def help. Read more
HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!HORRIBLE FOOD! This is an awful place!! They serve stale food and god-only-knows how many days has it been... refrigerated for before they sold it to me. I had taken Veggie Burger and Gobi Manchurian. The taste was horrible and so was the hygiene. There's no place to sit and eat as... it's inside Lotte Plaza. The burger/Gobi was watery and not crispy. The food had meat smell and since I'm a vegetarian, Icouldn't stand the smell of it. It was expensive too. I will not recommend to get anything from here. Read more
Don't order party cakes from this place. They will not make cake you ordered instead they will make you take one of the cakes in... their display. This is exactly what happened to me today, I placed an order for White forest cake online and twice I called thestore to confirm that they received my order and they confirmed that everything is set for me to pick it at 10:30 AM. I showedup at 11:00 AM to pick the cake and the person at the register said that he don't have any clue about an order with my name.After multiple phone calls he said that he can see the order but the lady who has to prepare the cake hasn't showed up and hedon't have my order ready. He offered two options which are in display and both of them are not my preference and more overthat's not what my son wants. With the time to show up in his day care i took one of the cakes that's in display. He said thathis boss will call me back to explain what happened with my order but no one has ever called me. They don't care about customersand now you can understand how much they care about the quality of food they are selling. Read more
