worst cake I have ever eaten. so dry and no taste

*** messy and yucky cake *** Took my order on 3 days prior, I was so impressed but I didn’t know that one was such a bluff. I... ordered a customized of 6 inch and paid 75 bucks for it. The finishing was not same as I expected but I thought to compromise ontaste as it was special occasion I didn’t want to ruin the mood. And when we tasted it, it was such a disaster. I had taken Veggie Burger and Gobi Manchurian. The taste was horrible and so was the hygiene. There's no place to sit and eat as... it's inside Lotte Plaza. The burger/Gobi was watery and not crispy. The food had meat smell and since I'm a vegetarian, Icouldn't stand the smell of it. It was expensive too. I will not recommend to get anything from here. Read more

Don't order party cakes from this place. They will not make cake you ordered instead they will make you take one of the cakes in... their display. This is exactly what happened to me today, I placed an order for White forest cake online and twice I called thestore to confirm that they received my order and they confirmed that everything is set for me to pick it at 10:30 AM. I showedup at 11:00 AM to pick the cake and the person at the register said that he don't have any clue about an order with my name.After multiple phone calls he said that he can see the order but the lady who has to prepare the cake hasn't showed up and hedon't have my order ready. He offered two options which are in display and both of them are not my preference and more overthat's not what my son wants. With the time to show up in his day care i took one of the cakes that's in display. He said thathis boss will call me back to explain what happened with my order but no one has ever called me. My request to owner pay attention to quality and service. I buy from this place once in a while and last weekend, I purchased a... tea. Tea was ice cold and server didn't even check it. After serving it, I made him aware of it, so he simply put in microwave.Even after warming it up for some time, it was little warm so I asked him to put it in for little more time. Even taste waslousy with no masala or taste. I winded up throwing it away. Taking care of customer is important, if product is not good,don't server. Our go to for a few items when we have a lunch or dinner . Reasonable although have seen a shift in pricing . You have to give... them an earlier time for pick up as they are generally behind. Food is good but specify if you order goat meat no too much gravyas most places overwhelm with gravy and bones and not as much meat . They do a good rice but prices again up.
