Second time in a row I have ordered from this place and received the wrong or poor quality food. Every time I ask for the... Chocolate Beignets they don't have any? Also, Cajun rice. I used to come to this place regularly, but they have started to hassle me about petty things. For example, they don't want to... give me sauce to go with my chicken. They did for years, and now they won't do it unless the manager gives permission. This lasttime was the last straw though. They wanted to charge me for cups for water. To make matters worse, there was a giant roach onthe floor. I have included pictures. I don't plan to return unless the management responds to my post. I'm not asking for freefood. I have been coming ro the Ashburn village location for years. Great place and great service. I am giving 3 stars because upon a... recent visit, I noticed that none of the employees, even the manager wore gloves while handling food. This is unhygienic.PLEASE WEAR GLOVES PEOPLE!!! Yuck! Read more

I echo "Every Day"'s review in that the employees at this location are indifferent, if not rude. The Popeyes in Herndon is... fantastic, but they have fully grown adults working there. Proud young people with zero customer service skills work at thisone. Ordered 10 piece tenders, got wings and drumsticks. Wasn't offered a receipt. Drove back and returned it - no apology,no "sorry that happened", just indignant attitudes. And they didn't even have any barbecue sauce! Might not have ordered inthe first place, but wasn't given a choice. How do you run a chicken restaurant without barbecue sauce. TIP: Put the graciousladies in the drive-thru. First and foremost, I?ve found my local Popeyes employees to be very rude. I like their sides, and I like whatever spice they... use to make their spicy chicken, but it?s come to the point that I don?t want to deal with it. Any request I make (could I havesome honey for my biscuit please?) is met with a sarcastic affirmative. It?s not subtle. And it?s the norm, rather than theexception. Since delivery is now possible, I?ve found that it is literally impossible to order white meat (specifically, breastmeat) through any delivery service. After reading reviews, Reddit, and various articles, it appears this is intentional. Isummarize that Popeyes only purchases enough white meat to serve with larger meals although even then, I have received twothighs and no breast. They do have wings now. I?m disappointed, but I suppose I feel like this is a business that has adefinitive preferred demographic and I don?t fall into it. I know.. I know?. I can just fry my own chicken. Good luck to all. It seemed like they were understaffed right at rush hour. There was a very long line in the fast car and they made customers... wait longer when they shopped inside the store. I visited this Popeyes location for the first time to order the spicy chicken sandwich. While I was waiting in the drive thru I... witnessed the guy making my sandwiches handling food without gloves! I asked to speak with the manager, however, he denied thatthe gentleman was handling food. The pictures I took clearly show that he is. The manager was not apologetic or understandingat all. I finally got to try out the spicy chicken sandwich. It was good as what I expected it to be. They have an option of either... classic or spicy. I found the sandwich to be pretty juicy and tasty overall. I love Popeyes biscuits, they are yum. So overallthe hype of the chicken sandwich was worth it, I would highly recommend everyone to try it out before they run out again. Read more
