I came in for a Turkey and provolone sandwich, double meat and cheese, on white bread, skinny, with LTO, Mayo, Italian... seasoning, oil, and hot peppers. It was my turn but they let some guy who ordered some weird salad get around for some reasonand his order confused them so much they totally screwed up my order because what I ended up getting was a double meat Turkeysub with lettuce, onion, hot peppers on wheat bread with zero cheese and tomato! Wt-actual-f. I remember standing in front ofthe counter waiting forever to repeat my topics but they were totally lost and the tall bald man was focused on this guy?s saladfor some strange reason. He eventually asked what my toppings were and I told him and yet it was still all wrong. I?m hungry andate it obvi but here is a picture. I?m pretty sure I was overcharged. I also ordered the dream bar, a side of Mac, and bought ajar of hot peppers. Came in tonight to get a sandwich and milkshake for my daughter. The sandwich was made wrong, there was moldy bread and the... manager was talking to his employees in a disrespectful way. Terrible. Read more
The employees can barely speak English. I ordered a sandwich the way it comes on the menu.. and they still managed to make it... wrong. Literally just chicken salad and cheese.. and they couldn?t get that right. If you are going to have a job working withthe general public.. I would advise at least being able to communicate. Stopped in today for food on our way home from hockey. My son was giving his order softly so I asked him to speak up. He must... have been a tad loud. Tye young man taking the order understood he wasn?t being rude intentionally and laughed it off. Themanager/owner thought it was appropriate to make snide comments to the staff about the kids being too loud. Food was so/so.Won?t be going back due to the attitude. Will be using the one down the street by Wegmans from now on. Read more
