I just don't get it. This place has decent food but they can't get their delivery system down. Whenever we order we make sure to... turn on the oven because it's never warm. Also their cannoli used to be amazing, but lately it's been soggy upon arrival so Ihad to give up on ordering it. So sad. Read more
The most caring and amazing customer service. It definitely feels good being treated so well. Everyone very charming and... inviting. Delicious food. We had the pizza 16" chicken & ham, mozzarella sticks and kids chicken nuggets. Very clean, greatatmosphere and excellent service. Kid friendly. Read more
We love Scotto?s, but unfortunately had a bad experience with a delivery. We?ve been eating at Scotto?s for years now, they are... expensive, but their food is pretty good, pizza is great. Unfortunately we had a delivery that was over an hour and a half late.Won?t be using delivery again but will still go in for food or pickup. Read more
I have to say that in my opinion this is the worst pizza i have gotten from them. I have gone into the restaurant and received... better pizza. The pizza wasn't cut well at all and I had to use my own spatula to get slices out from the box. I might get otherItalian dishes from them but they have lost my pizza business. It is bad when I would rather get a pizza from a grocery storethen an Italian place. Read more
The cashier went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. He did a great job providing different options for us to choose... from. He also brought our food to our table. All the staff had masks on, and the chefs all had gloves on, which was a big plus.My husband had the spaghetti and meatballs dinner portion, and I had the lasagna dinner portion. They both were delicious andfreshly made with perfect size portions. I highly recommend this restaurant. You will not be disappointed. Read more
Scotto's Rigatoni Grill In the Brambleton Town Center has gone down hill in quality IMO. The last 2 pizza orders from Scotto's... didn?t taste fresh and the latest order from Scotto's was delivered with all the toppings off one of the pizzas. Then triedcalling and was put on hold for an unreasonable amount of time. I?ll be ordering elsewhere next time. Read more
Middle of a pandemic, short staffed and under appreciated, these guys are A1. Ordered from them for about a year now and never... had an issue. Had a larger order than usual and ordered a few pies, some sides and a 2 liter of soda. Pizza arrived with thecheese all slid to one side and missing the mozzarella sticks. Tried to fix the cheese myself but wife insisted we should callthem. (They said 45 min to an hour. Arrived in 30 min) so naturally just thought it was a mistake so called to get the mozsticks and mentioned the condition of the pizza. They sent us brand new pies without hesitation. Ordered on the phone and they got me wrong pizza and waited for another 15 mins for the right one. They gave me the extra cheese... pizza the wrong order which was cool, but their pizza was not good. Meat lover was too salty couldn?t eat it. Just got two bitesand my mouth got sore because of too much salt, trashed both pizzas and don?t think i will come back again, Oh, the french friesare the worst and burnt looking brown and unappetizing. I don?t even need to tell how bad it tastes. Overall, i wont recommendthis place to anyone and never coming back to waste any money. Read more
