I dont know how this locaton has 4 stars. I arrived this morning at 6:30. The store is supposed to open at 5. No one would take... anyones order in drive through line. You could see employees inside the store but they had front door locked and would not takeany orders from drive through. Its either this or they just tell you they dont have the syrup to make your drink. Shut the storedown then. Read more
Kindness matters. The employees at this Starbucks are making an impact on their community. they make me feel like I matter and... always have a smile and a convo for me when I walk in. I would come here everyday not for the coffee but for the people. theyhave a kindness board were you can write kind words on post it notes sometimes! They are amazing valuable humans and the ownershould be proud of such a team and show them how much they matter as well. Team gift, bonus something becuase WOW. To have agroup of people who genuinely care is so fantastic. I come here not for the coffee but the people. Thank you for making adifference in my life and giving me a smile even on my bad days. Got food, usually a small coffee. Received order didn't open bag till later. I get there is a food shortage on certain orders... but this not worth 5 dollars. Not even close to half the size for a bacon goude and usually on a croissant. Not going hereanymore if they are being this cheap. Read more
the iced brown sugar oatmilk espresso never tastes right when i order it from here. my guess is the coffee was made horribly or... one off the ingredients isn't fresh. has a taste that reminds me of rotten fruit. Read more
The interaction with this younger gentleman (had a hat/beanie and glasses) at the drive through was completely normal at first.... He apologized for the wait and said 20 mobile orders just came in and he doesn?t know why. As I was going to say it?s completelyokay I understand, he cuts me off mid sentence and says ?yeah I don?t know but I have to get back to work now? and walks away. One of the older Starbucks in Ashburn. Seen better days. Ashburn Crossroads. Seeking to hire like many places. Ordered London... Fog Latte and the questions I was getting told me the server had no clue this was a tea. Unprofessional. This used to be my favorite Starbucks location but the interaction I had today was awful. I came at 6:30 when... they closed at 7:30. I noticed they were doing closing tasks such as cleaning the doors and mopping. When I walked up to thestore one of the baristas was wiping the glass door. I waited for her to step away before opening it and she made a face at me.I apologized as I walked in and came in to order, and did my best to avoid the wet areas of the floor that looked like they justcleaned to not bother them. I picked up my drink and went back to the door to leave and the same barista was wiping it downstill. I waited for her to finish and apologized again and she rolled her eyes at me and made an agitated expression towards oneof the other baristas and motioned at me with her hands in annoyance when I went up to open the door she was cleaning to leave.I don?t really understand why someone that chose to work in customer service was so rude towards a customer using the doors atStarbucks. I already felt bad and apologized for interrupting but honestly I didn?t even do anything wrong to begin with, it wasreally unprofessional behavior and I literally work at a Starbucks as well and I wouldn?t ever treat a customer that way :/individual baristas really can ?make or break? a Starbucks location.
