They cannot get a single order right. Had to remake my drink 4 times and it still was wrong. All I wanted was no topping on top... and yet they still put topping. They also tried to charge me for food when I didn't order any. Update: Went again today andasked for no cinnamon, it wasn't busy today, me and maybe 3 others in the store, they STILL put the cinnamon and a lot. I readmy label, says no cinnamon. Read more
instead of these pay it forward lines. We as customers should just tip. starbucks should pay its employees a living wage and... should be able to have no additional cost mental health services for what they go through on the regular. Their positions andefforts are vital to our community. The joy I get from their work is worth their investment. I hate having my other starbuckshave limited hours because a Corperation wants to embarass itself nationally. Horrible Starbucks. It?s gross and dirty inside. No one is friendly. No one welcomes you. The lady doing the register did not... even know the drinks. The bathroom had urine all over the floor and no toilet paper. They also had no mobile ordering and a signsaying closing at two in The afternoon. I assume this Starbucks is closing soon given that it is so poorly run. Read more
I absolutely LOVE this Starbucks!! The manager is super nice and all the employees are so friendly and nice. I get my iced... coffee from here two to three times a day and they never mess my order up and all but new employees know my drink. I highlyrecommend this Starbucks! It?s the best!!! ???? Read more
Shout-out to Anthony for remaking all my drinks after I almost got run-over in the parking lot and lost all my friends' orders!... Even though they were busy, he didn't hesitate to make sure I was ok, and remade everything efficiently and correctly.
