The worker did not know how to make any of the premade sandwich?s and didn?t know any of the cheeses, meats, or veggies. I asked... for #9 and they didn?t know how to make it so I had to read it out loud. I asked for rotisserie chicken which they didn?t knowwhat that was, I asked for chedder cheese and was given shredded mozzarella, and when i asked for banana peppers they gave mejalapeño peppers. don?t recommend Read more

Terrible service. They care more about serving the online orders than they do to customers who are right in their face. Stood... for 10 mins while they prepare online orders. Ridiculous. Not to mention, they?re speaking over all of the food and shoutingorders. Gross Read more

Probably the worst subway location. They haven?t had the Italian herbs and cheese bread in over weeks. The staff is rude and... doesn?t understand English, and their machine to scan and earn loyalty points doesn?t work. How is that possible? The franchiseowners must not care about quality or customers. Will write a complaint to their corporate office. Read more

Worst customer service. I specifically told the lady 4 times I wanted a KIDS SANDWICH. She sliced a 6inch. Upon paying I told... the "manager" I asked for a kids however the lady making it did not understand. She charged me for a 6inch. Another employeeoffered to make it again (an employee who spoke English). The "manager" responded to her in Spanish, "no don't waste food" notknowing I understood. Had it not been for my wife being there I would've left all the sandwiches there and walked out. TERRIBLE SERVICE. And by the amount of 1 star reviews with no feedback, that says a lot about how much management cares. Shutthat place down and make a Jersey Mike's please. Read more

I placed an order online and the address on there was not correct. I called to get the address corrected but whoever answered... did not understand a word I was saying. She kept stating order online only, close 9:30, I don?t know. Like, what?! I asked tospeak to someone else and she just hung up?. Get new staff please. Or have someone who can speak English and understand Englishto handle the phone calls. Read more

Rude staff, avoid going to this place if you eat veg sub. Staff has problem to change gloves and also don?t add extra vegetables... even if you tell them to charge extra. I was told their system cannot handle adding extra charge and they will not add extraveggies. Had bad experience every time I went there. Done with this place !! Read more

This guy don?t put enough quantity of vegetables. I try to avoid them but unfortunately this is closest location for me.

Standing outside the store right now. 9:21 PM, GPS at Google says store closes at 9:30 PM and the sign on the door says the... store closes at 9:30. Knock knock knock on the door, two boys working behind the counter very carefully avoided looking at meeven though I was obvious. Knocked louder, they continued to pretend not to hear me. Knocked very loudly, they looked up asthough surprised. Yeah right. Hey, I was 17 once, too. But if these guys aren?t going to keep the store open per the store?spolicy, you need to replace them now. The smaller, white, boy came to the door and told me the hours have changed to close at 9.He said, ?Oh we haven?t changed the door sign yet.? Yeah right again. I love Subway, and I drove over here specifically to geta big healthy meal. I?ll drive out of my way to go to a different store from now on. PS: if the boys weren?t lying aboutclosing at 9 PM, and the store has chosen to make that decision but not changed the sign on the door or updated it online,that?s a total management problem.
