The cashier that helped me was not real helpful. I haven't been in a Taco Bell in years, now I remember why. I had looked up... what I wanted online and inquired about it. She obviously didn't understand what I was asking for. I got standard items whenoptions were available, but never offered. Food was about average. A well executed instance of the brand. Friendly staff and enjoyable "Mexican" fare. Clean bathrooms. It's a small place; but... made to feel lonely by COVID ensuring I was the only customer in the dining room. Still, it's a welcome refuge from the heatand bad air outside. Recommend. Read more

So I came to this location because I was traveling and staying in a nearby hotel. I ate here and within the first bite or two I... noticed the tomatoes were incredibly sour. I spit them out and reported it to the store Mgr. She informed me she had just openeda new bag and no one else complained. (Which I took to mean she didn?t believe me) I also filed a complaint online through theirwebsite. They offered for me to come back in and remake my food. Since I wasn?t feeling well for a few days I didn?t go back in.Once I could keep food down, I went back to the location and the remade my order, again it was wrong and missing ingredients.The regional manager called me and stated how sorry she was and that they are looking into this matter, she took my address tosend me a gift card to give them another chance. After providing her with it, I had to leave the country for a bit, when Ireturned I still had not received anything. I reached back out to her and asked her to send it again, she did not respond. Iasked for a refund instead of a gift card. Then is when she reached out and stated she would send it again. It has been wellover a month and I haven?t received anything. This gift card was the only way I was going to give TB another chance. Aftergetting food poisoning and then basically pretending like it didn?t happen, I will not ever be returning to another TB again. Read more
