The driver was great. My order was not correct. I ordered pinto beans and I got green beans. Very disappointing
The food seems to be decent at this Bojangles if you can actually get it. Either they don't have enough people to be open, or... they have barely enough people to cook the few items you want. Southern people want your chicken, but their patience may berunning out. Update: Still the same problems. No honey mustard today. To me, it's not Bojangles without honey mustard. Read more
walked thru door this a.m. waited for service. girl sorting items other end. we stood about 1 minute.she never came over so... I walked to other end and said GOOD MORNING. she hesitated. walked toward register with no smie..dead as a door nail. stillno smile and no life to her. we ordered...waited. We ordered 3 of 5 piece chicken tenders supreme meal and we only received 4 chicken tenders in each box of meals! They clearly... cannot count! They need employees that can actually count. Read more
The employee taking the order was very friendly, however that was the only positive part of the experience other than the food... and drinks we were handed being technically correct. Literally none of the food components (biscuit, fries, chicken) were evenslightly warm. Everything was basically inedible. On top of that, we got overcharged by $5 when we asked for large teas with ourorder because instead of keying them in as an upcharge on the order (.50 cents a piece) we were charged the full price for theteas as additional items. 0/10, will not come again. They were friendly, but my order was not good. We ordered two bacon egg and cheese biscuits with bo rounds and 2 bo berry... biscuits. We got old hard fries, and the berry biscuits were stale and like rocks. The sandwiches were fine, but the rest of theorder was extremely disappointing.
