We went to Coach's tonight have being refused service at IHOP because of the size of our party, which was 19. Terry immediately... had our table ready and service was on point. We had a great time with friends and family. Kris Brooks cooked us an amazing mealespecially my Ribeye steak which was cooked perfectly and seasoned deliciously. Food was fast and hot. The staff is always sweet, I love Harley, my drinks are always great but the food however has went down hill. I am pleased to say I highly recommend Coaches. Today for lunch Tonya was our waitress and she was very polite and helpful.... Topped off our drinks, brought condiments and offered anything we needed. She was a wonderful waitress with perfect timing toensure we didn?t need anything! Probably the best waitress we have ever had at Coaches. I understand that everyone is shortstaffed these days but it has been a long time since I had such a great overall experience. Also, Mary, the cook came out togive me extra wings as she said she only gave me 7 instead of 8 in my wing basket. I would have never even noticed the wingcount but she said she wanted to make sure my order was right. That shows going above and beyond to me to make sure the customerwas happy. This place is in a good location for people living on this side of town. Its a good place to drink some beer and watch sporting... events. They have a big out door dining area as well. The only down fall is eating there, the service is always terrible unlessyou're seated on the bar side. And most of the time its extremely slow. Why we always do togo orders. They're always ready in15-20 minutes, if only they could get the indoor dining to that time frame lol. Read more
