If I could give this place -10 stars I would. I've never been so insulted in my entire life. First off the girl in the drive... through window hands me my drink and it's spilling all over my hand. So I have to hold it outside the window and she's tryingto hand me the other drinks. I had to ask for napkins and the whole time as I'm trying to clean my hands and the cup she'sstill shoving stuff at me. So finally I get the mess contained and she goes to hand me the happy meal and as I reach for it shedrops it. It falls to the asphalt. She literally rolls her eyes and huffs at me!!!!! Then she walks away from the window justleaving me there. So I waited and finally just yelled in the window. "I guess I'll get it!" And I had to open my door andslide my hand down and feel for it. As I'm doing this she says I'm getting you another one. But it was too late. I pulled upthe the next window to let them know we didn't even get the correct order. No one EVER came to the window. We didn't even getthe right food. We ended up going to cookout. ??????????? It was ridiculous. I called to talk to a manager. The ladyspeaking said she was going to get the general manager and hung up on me. ??????????? Won't be back. Disgusted. Read more

Food is good for a McDonald?s, problem is I ordered through mobile app, they asked me to pull up to third window to wait for... order. Then they forgot my drinks. 20 mins go by and they aren?t answering the phone or caring that I am still there. Finallysomeone comes out and I get their attention and tel them my order still wasn?t complete. Five minutes and still nothing. ANOTHERworker had to come out and ask again what I was missing, finally they started making it after I was there for 30 minutes waitingfor TWO DRINKS. Pretty annoyed. Read more
This is a poor example of a fast food joint. Ordered on the app to "avoid the line/wait" placed in to pick up in store over 30... min before their dining room was supposed to close ,doors were locked. This was a decent McDonald's for a quick snack after my hike at Mount Shepherd. They have very interesting decor inside the... dining room, with one little window thing with various shapes of various States on it, and a wallpaper that has state capitalswritten on it! Read more
Every time we come through this McDonald's it's always a disaster. The wait is always 10 to 20 minutes. The food we order is... never right and usually cold... When I order the Carmel frappe with EXTRA Carmel from other McDonald's I get this compared towhat this McDonald's does. You guys need to do better. Read more
This place is just pathetic any more. 1 stop out of every 2 lately seems to give us messed up orders. Take today. I ordered a... large double quarter pounder meal. Got handed a medium cup at the counter. Hell, that's par for the course at this place and Ididnt even care to haggle for the large cup so I got my drink and left. Ate the large fries on the way to my next stop. Gotparked, nonchalantly searched for my double quarter. No box?! Looked in the bag to find they gave me a double cheeseburger.Like, if you cant figure out a double quarter pounder is in a cardboard clamshell box and the other is in a paperwrapper....just best not even.
