absolutely horrible first experience. food was delivered and wasnt warm. was $40 toatl with a tip for a pizza and a new pizza... bowl. asked for pizza to be cooked extra and it was under cooked. complained and received a reply 4 hours later stating i couldreturn food or basically i was sol. run far far away....they couldnt care less about their customers. Rude and disrespectful people. The older lady who makes the pizza yelled at me when I steped abit over the counter to better... hear what the younger male employee bumbled. They want to make sure you're not going back there. Read more
Traveling gig worker. Deliveries from this location have been smooth over the last few months. Friendly staff. Excellent... accuracy. Peak hours tend to lag orders beyond estimated times, but almost all Papa John's stores have this issue. This storestays on point and I won't reflect this negatively on the review. The pizzas and the cheese sticks taste great, but I was not too impressed with this dough sitting up there where a customer can... reach out and touch it or sneeze all over it. I wouldn't like that even if covid wasn't a thing. The employees are a little slowto acknowledge anyone. I'm also not very happy with the $3.99 delivery fee that the store pockets just because you ordered itfor delivery. If the driver got that $3.99 it would be different. Read more
