I only order occasionally, but it's usually through DoorDash, and usually around $20. This store is so cheap and skimpy with the... fillings. They really don't care what they give you, how they give it to you, or even if they put everything on it. I wouldn'trecommend this place to my dog. Read more

Been here multiple times? love the food when they are actually open. It's a gas station Subway... If you've seen one, you've seen them all. This particular location the veggies seemed fresh... (tomatoes are never ripe at these places) and the sandwich artist built the sandwiches well, on top of dealing with our pickykids orders. The cash register and surrounding area was covered with dust which makes me question the sanitation of the place.The gas station itself seemed to be pretty well kept and they were even doing touch up paint while we were there. If I could give this place a no star rating I definitely would! I went and ordered sandwiches on my app to pick up at this... particular store location because it?s closer to my home. I then went and sat in the parking lot and waited for the 15 minutesthat it said it would need to finish the order. I was called just as I was getting ready to go through the drive-through window,just to let me know that they canceled my order, and when I asked why the girls response was, ?we don?t have any bread and weneed to close the store early.? So this was at 6:30 on Wednesday, February 23, 2022? And then she hung up on me. So I calledback and then I asked her because I saw that they had already charged me on my app and said that I had picked it up. So I askedthe girl how or if I was going to get a refund for that order since they canceled it. Her response was, ? you have to go backinto the app to cancel the order.? There is nowhere in that app to cancel that order!? So I backtracked and went back into townand went to the subway over by compare foods. I asked if they had a manager on duty and they said no, that the manager onlyshowed up when it was time to do a money drop. I then explain the situation That I just experienced at the quick Chek subway,and the kids there said oh that?s normal. But then they proceeded to tell me there was nothing that they could do either, butthey had the same manager and they would relay the messages. I asked if I could just have the managers phone number and was toldno, but they wrote my name and phone number down on a piece of paper to give to them.? The kids that worked at that particularsubway by compare foods was also very rude and hateful. They went to start speaking in Spanish about me and how bossy Iapparently had then, only for me to respond back to them in Spanish that it was normal that anybody would want their food whenthey paid for it. If I could give less than a 1 star I would the girls working there today were SLOW lazy and nobody wants to hear you ramble on... while you watch everyone working in the store pay attention to your job you made the sloppiest sub I ever seen. The tuna sandwich was really good, but they said they were out of ice for the fountain drinks. So we drank lukewarm soda. But it... seemed odd that they couldn't get ice when they are inside a gas station that sells ice! Read more

If I could leave no stars, I would. Every time I walk into the Sunoco gas station I have a bad experience because of the... employees at this Subway. From rude customer service to the lack of cleanliness to an employee screaming at customers. Liketoday, Jen, the manager, screamed at an elderly lady getting soda from the fountain machine. The elderly lady made a mistake bygetting soda from the subway fountain machine and Jen starts yelling at the lady telling her not to get soda from the machinethat it is only for Subway. For starters there isn?t a sign that states the fountain machine is only for Subway. I know that itis but not everyone does. And no one deserves to be yelled at so rudely bc of it, especially an elderly lady! To my knowledge,Jen?s aunt is the district manager so I hope there isn?t any nepotism there. The manager at this store reprimanded me today because I didn't have a mask on and told me I couldn't order food without one. I... explained mine had broke and asked if they had a spare they could offer. She then said no with a hateful demeanor.
