Went to the drive thru at 8:57. I wanted the regular menu but they said they don't start until 9. They made me drive around the... building to get back in line. So I ordered 4 taco supremes. When I got to the window they handed me the wrong bag. I looked inthe bag and it looked right. When I got home I found the supremes we're actually regular tacos. No sour cream or tomato. Theserver was not friendly. I paid for supreme and got regular. That's a big price difference. And this happens all the time.What's the point in only serving breakfast for 1 hour anyway? Read more

First time in here. Ordering was easy. It was clean. I gave it 2 stars because the 1st time I ordered they called my name and... had my food in a bag (I put for here on the kiosk) and didn?t give me my cup (ordered a combo meal). Had to ask and they gave itto me and walked away (no I?m sorry or anything). Didn?t say have a nice day or anything. Person was sluggish and yawned. Ifigured they are having a rough day. So after I ate I ordered another combo to go. Same thing happened. They didn?t hand me mycup and were sluggish. No customer service. I?m not going back there again. Read more
Traveling gig worker. I eat at this store regularly personally as well. Always great service. One of the best drive-thru's... period. I remember a time when for two years (yes, TWO YEARS), every order I got was incorrect. It was astounishing. Currentmanager took over several years ago, maybe even 10 now, and it turned around immediately. You can tell he has and still does agreat job. Pleasure seeing regular faces working here over the years too. Nowhere deserves 5 stars. Think about it. Read more
This rating is for THIS store specifically. I love taco bell and it is my favorite food. If I were on death row, I would order... taco bell as my last meal. But this location is changing that. I have ordered taco bell dozens of times over the last few months(probably close to 50 honestly) from this location. I only keep ordering cause the food tastes great but the service isHORRIBLE. There is almost always something wrong with the food in terms of missing items or missing ingredients or preparedincorrectly. Whoever is the manager at this location should be fired and replaced with someone who knows how the manageemployees to make the food correctly. Unfortunately this is the only taco bell in this area but I may have to find the nextclosest one and start driving miles to enjoy the greatness of taco bell. Ask for no lettuce they add extra lettuce. Ask for extra sauce they put none in the bag. At this point this is EXACTLY why I... don't eat commercial chains. Just through away half of my order due to it. This is a CONSTANT issue with this location. Justate the only thing that was correct. The quesadilla literally had no CHICKEN in it. It was bad I tried to sub my drinks for slushy and broke the store..so I bought 8 drinks for 4 people and then the meat and... bread of the chalupa was cold and stretchy.. The mgr named Lilly was very rude to me. I received 2 side orders of fiesta potatoes that were just potatoes with no cheese or... sour cream and she insinuated I must have ordered them that way!! She took the bag by the tips of her super long acrylic nailslike they were contaminated by me!! When asked for her supv she informed me the whole staff were mgrs and no phone number forcorporate office!! I won't be going back anytime soon!! Read more
