I wanted to give it higher stars because the food is excellent, but the customer service by the employees is way below Wendy's... standards. There was a mistake with my previous order so I called and was told by the manager on duty they would replace myorder. I went about 3 days later to get my free burger and Jr fries. I was told by the employee taking my order they had nomanager by the name I was given. The manager had written everything down but the employee never checked that at all. Insteadhe asked another employee who also didn't know the manager. It wasn't until their manager came to see what was the issue thathe said the other manager was a day manager. Then the first employee asked for the order again. It was made and I was giventhe bag. I had an uneasy feeling and pulled into a space to check the order. The burger was made with the wrong toppings. Thefries were lukewarm which is not the Wendy's advertisement about their fresh hot fries. I went back through the drive throughto have them correct it and they were confused as to what I originally ordered and just knew they had it right. Then when Imentioned the fries they acted like it was an imposition to fix fresh hot fries. It was the worst experience at any Wendy's Ihave ever experienced. Read more
Came into this location Sept 1st at 6pm as a normal family does. Placed order and while waiting we looked around for a table to... sit at that didn?t look like it hadn?t been cleaned in 6 hours. After cleaning one ourselves we wait. 20 minutes later we werethen told only drinks available were sprite, lemonade and dr. P. After that simple decision we finally received our meal. Mysons order was correct and after noticing I asked if that was what he ordered and he says no but I?ll just deal with it. Afterquestioning someone at the counter they say if he?s already Started eating they can?t remake what he wanted. Sigh?.. no onto mywife?s meal. She order the pretzel burger and when she opened the wrapper it looked like someone had eaten it and then puked itback on the bun. After questioning if one of the employees would eat something like that we cut out losses and just left.Multiple issues the whole 30 minutes we were in the location and employees just laughing and having a great time while therestaurant is disgusting and no care in the world. Person at window was friendly. Forgot to put dipping sauce in for the nuggets even after asking about the choices they had.... French fries were not hot as you are promised according to the advertising on television. Read more
Wendy's this is ridiculous!!! Sitting in your drive thru tonight was here at 11:30 pm and got to where I could order at 11:56... because of how SLOW the service is and ur person wants to tell us oh the system shut down for the night. I know that's not truemy son was a manager at a different location and they would stay. You guys really need to do better when u have people waitingfor over 30 mins in line and then you want to just shut down on us? Smh Read more
Would have given no stars if I could. Ordered simple hamburgers with no cheese and they all had cheese on them. Entire order was... wrong. We were missing the most expensive item we ordered. Got a Jr. Burger instead of the regular we ordered. Called them upand complained about the order. Had to travel back to store the next day to get our money refunded. Gas isn't cheap and it's a25 min ride from our house! Just a terrible ordeal all together. Read more
ABSOLUTELY THE WORST FOOD I'VE EVER GOTTEN AT A WENDY'S. Arrived around 7pm at this Wendy's and ordered two combos from inside... to take food out. Soda machine was pouring then stopping so it took several minutes to fill 2 cups. The burgers were dry toburnt, the fries cold and some burnt and the nuggets were dry or old. Employees were laughing and running around the front andback of the restaurant. Hungry, we went next door to Bojangles where thankfully the chicken was hot and good. While travelingWe've always relied on Wendy's for consistent quality and service but unfortunately not any longer. The last 3 Wendy's have beena disappointment and this location is the worst of the three. Keep driving. Read more
Drink was cold , fries warm, burger ???? not even lukewarm . Was not satisfied not sure if I should eat the burger paid over $11... for it . 1 an 1/2 peace of bacon ????But they remade my order an I was satisfied thanks .. Read more
