We had a terrific first experience at All Souls. Plenty of outdoor seating, staff were delightful and the pies were terrific. ... Nice options, unusual flavor combos. If you're looking for unique, local pizza in Asheville, this is a great spot to go! My husband and I shared: - Pepperoni,... Tomato Sauce, Banana Peppers, Mozzarella, Local Honey Pizza - House Kimchi, Mozzarella, Eggs Pizza Both pizzas were fantastic.If I had to pick between the two, I'd go with the kimchi one because it was so unique. They're only open for outdoor dining &takeout right now which I was fine with since I prefer to eat outside. We were able to find shade on the patio. My onlycomplaint about this spot is that they don't name their pizzas, they just list every ingredient/topping. It's not a big deal,but having to list 5 ingredients when trying to order is annoying. Was looking for fine pizza but this was a flop... the crust was chewy and super thin, the country ham and egg pizza was in the... weird land between too bland and too salty, and my partner was struggling to eat the pepperoni pizza because it kept fallingapart.
