I took my 85yr old parents to eat here yesterday, 11/7/22. Rude employees to start with, nasty, greasy, cold, looked like day... old chicken we got at drivethru.???? Unfortunately, we were all the way back home, ready to eat at our picnic table. We haveexperienced this twice at same restaurant on Hendersonville Rd.???? We will NEVER PULL IN THERE AGAIN! SHAME ON BOJANGLESMANAGEMENT AT THIS STORE!! And this is a perfect location to be the best if they would clean house and start with employees whocared. Read more
The First Kid that waited on me was a good and trying employee. However, the Kid in the ?Jason? mask decided to bring a Real... Knife to the drive thru. Not funny at all! First time at a Bojangles. It was within walking distance of where I'm staying so figured I'd try it and walked over. Both doors... to dining area were locked, so guess it's drive-thru only. Walked back to get my car. Person at the window must've been new ashe didn't seem to know what came with the 2 piece chicken meal I ordered. This place doesn't seem to offer the Bo-tatoes as aside so I ended up getting the dirty rice and fries. The fries were ok. The chicken leg was ok, but the thigh had very littlemeat on it. The rice itself was overcooked and tasted ok, but it had some sort of meat in it, maybe sausage, that tasted likedog food. Also charged me for a medium ice tea when I ordered a small. After I ate in the car, I looked for a place to throwout the trash and there wasn't a single trash in the parking lot. What kind of fast food place has no garbage cans? So had towalk over to the auto parts store nearby to put trash in their overfilled dumpster. Overall not a pleasant experience and thefood wasn't even all that good, so doubt I'll do Bojangles again. I stupidly gave them another chance. And sure enough they blew all over again. Between 7-8 on 10-12-22. I ordered a three pieces... dinner with dirty rice, Cajun pintos and a Sierra mist. I was unable to eat until 11:00. Due to family emergency. When I openthe box. It had two legs and one thigh. It should have had two thighs and one drum stick. So someone either doesn't know theirchicken parts? Or just straight up dishonest. This location need to be closed down or restaffed with people that know what theirdoing. So I'm back to the Swannanoa or merriman location. At least those two know what they are doing. Please do not contact measking me to go back to this location. It definitely needs to be closed or restaffed badly. If they where out of thighs and beenhonest. I would have been more than happy to order something else. Read more
First time ever at Bojangles as we don't have it where we live. And it was interesting. Sadly this location was a drive thru... only because they were so short staffed according to an employee as we tried to enter the building. But we wanted to try it sowe went through the drive through and ordered. We got Bo's Chicken Sandwich and a grilled chicken sandwich with fries. Fries hadgreat seasoning, and I very much enjoyed them. Bo's sandwich is pretty good, not great, no complaints. The grilled chicken,avoid it, it was rubber maybe worse. That's probably not surprising given it's fast food but we were curious. Stick with thefried and you'll have a good time. Read more
Firstly, they charged me for a large dirty rice when I ordered a small. Which came out more of a dirty mush. Secondly, bo berry... biscuits came hard as a rock. Thirdly, My cajan filet biscuit came with two bites out of it already ???? disgusting. Only thingedible was the Bo rounds. Read more

I always go to this location because it's close to where I live and the food is great. This morning they weren't even open.... Didn't get open until around 10AM. That's why I gave them 3 stars, usually the service is great Read more
