Been here 3 times and every single time you wait in drive through for well over 10min and not even during rush hour. Every... single time cars turn around and leave because they (no exaggeration) take 5min to take a single persons order bc they?rewaiting there for someone to even take it. It?s so confusing! The food wasn?t fresh. The inside was locked for no reason, so there was no way to use the bathroom or throw away trash. The... order taker was very sweet but the cashier acted as if he would rather I had not come there. Overall, not a good experience andI will avoid this location in the future. Read more
This Bo Jangles is my favorite in our area. There is one closer to our house, however I have gotten food poisoning from it 2... too many times. This one was receiving a delivery when I was ordering so it took them a few minutes longer than usual. As Iwas already late for work that day it was slightly irratating to me, but that is all on me. I received my #2 with black coffeeand Bo rounds hot and delicious like always. Great job to the morning crew. My stomach thanks you. Read more
Do NOT eat here unless you want to get sick. Me and my family stopped here and observed the cashier take someone?s money, use... the SAME gloves she used to take man?s money, and stuck her hand (without using tongs) into the chicken, digging around andtouching everything. A family member of mine asked her to please change her gloves before making her food and the cashier made abig deal about it. We ended up leaving and so did the people behind us. They ended up closing the lobby so nobody would see hownasty they?re being. Read more
This is the worst Bojangles in America!! The cashier was taking the money and picking up chicken all with the same gloves on. ... When asked to change her gloves, she refused. I would never spend my money here or suggest anyone else until she is fired! Themanager stood by also and wouldn?t do anything! ???? Read more
Food was delicious and Clerk was pleasant. I did realize that prices have gone up on food, drinks. etc. There is plenty of... parking and is wheelchair and Handicapped Accessible when the Restaurant is Dine In Accessible. Read more
Ok so I gotta say, this was entertaining. We are tracelling with an RV amd obviously can't go through the drive thru with it so... we parked it in the lot next door and attempted to dine-in. Locked. Despite the ironic billboard sign seen in the picture. Fortunately, I have a bicycle! After a quick call and being told they were unfortunately understaffed and only had younger andnewer employees, I took the ride to the drive thru. Service was slow as to be expected even with myself and 1 other car beingpresent. But the young employees were holding a positive attitude despite the sharp learning curve they were placed in. All inall the food was correct and tasted great as always and their positivity overshadowed their unfortunate situation. Overall 4/5stars! Thank you guys! Read more
My family and I stopped at this Bojangles on our girl?s trip home. The food was great, but the manager was rude and hateful to... customers. i understand you need to close the dining room because of a shortage of staff, but as a manger you need to handlethat situation in an appropriate manner. The cashier and biscuit maker were nice and polite. They seemed embarrassed by heractions. In my opinion, if you are managing a business customers should be treated with respect so that they?ll want to comeback. if you want to be treated with kindness and respect don?t eat a this Bojangles.
