It's a shame they stop serving breakfast so early on the weekends. Nobody wants a cheeseburger at 10am on Sunday morning.
I'm not giving the 5 stars for the restaurant itself per say. I'm giving it to the general manager mrs leigh. I'm fairly certain... she been with the company a long time and shes always been very pleasant to interact with. A great smile and attitude will keeppeople like me coming even when lines are long and with employee shortages resulting in waits. She's a great benefit to urburgerking empire. I love Burger King. I always have. Ok, maybe their drinks aren't the best, and chicken nuggets I detest, but the whoppers, fish... sandwiches, and original chicken sandwiches (from the fryer), are the best. Normally, my review would be a 4 or 5, but nottoday. It would be quite funny why I gave a 3 stars review if I weren't so frustrated. This review is based on two stores andthe 2 for $6 menu. Both were based on the drive-thru experience. When you can buy cheap, nothing is wrong with that. But my lastexperiences, I kinda question the "health" of Burger King. As I say, give me a fresh original chicken sandwich, I'm usuallyvery happy. But on one particular trip to the Enka/West Asheville Burger King, I was flabbergasted, for the lack of a betterterm. I wanted the 2 for $6.original chicken. The poster is on the establishment window, but I'm always asking to confirm theavailability of the price. On this particular day, it was as advertised. That is until the store employee announced the price.Something's amiss when she announced my total bill. I'm not a math whiz, but I know the price given to me wasn't what I wasexpecting. I asked again if the chicken sandwich was 2 for $6. "Oh, do you want the 2 for $6?" "Yes, please!" I said, shakingmy head in disbelief. I can't make this stuff up! How can 2 original chicken sandwiches sell for what she charged me as opposedto the $6 dollar menu. A master decision, or an honest mistake, I cannot say, but should it have even been an issue at all? TheBurger King on Russ Avenue in Waynesville had me grasping for straws on this particular day. A 2 for $6 menu item, the whoppersandwich enticed me. My order had cheese on both sandwiches, a $1.20 value, and a small soda, $14. I asked about the price ofthe cheese, as I mentioned before. I visited this Burger King the first week of June 2022. As we pulled in, it looked fine. However, as we drove around to get in... the drive-thru, we noticed a group of young people gathered in the trees in back of the restaurant. After observing for a fewminutes, it's clear there is a homeless encampment behind the restaurant. It's also very obvious that drugs are being used anddealt from the restaurant parking lot. People regularly pulling up, exchanging, and driving away. The people even blocktraffic in the parking lot as they please while conducting their business and socializing. Not a good experience, and one thatI would think the restaurant management and law enforcement would want to put an end to. Read more

I absolutely LOVE their egg and cheese croissants for a breakfast and their orange juice is pretty good too. It might take about... 10 mins to get your food because of staffing issues, but overall it?s a good fast food chain. Read more
