The service wasn?t great. Employees walked around and looked like they didn?t want to be there. The girl who took our order... seemed like she was a trainee. She took our order and got some of it wrong. We ordered a side salad and they forgot it. Mydaughter had Cajun pasta and the chicken in it seemed dried out and old. She also said the sauce didn?t taste right. I orderedcorn on the cob and was given Mexican corn instead. When we told the new server my daughter couldn?t eat her pasta dish they didnothing about it. Stopped in for dinner. The food was great, and the waitress was nice, but I ordered soup and a salad, and my husband ordered... fajitas. She brought out my soup and salad. I sat there, not wanting to eat in front of my husband. We were kinda wondering whatwas up. Finally she brought out his sizzling fajitas. I started eating, realized he wasn't. She forgot his shells, cheese andsour cream. Finally we got the whole meal, but woulda been nice to be all at once. It wasn't busy, she just seemed preoccupied.Other then that, no problem. Read more
We didn?t get to eat here. First off we tried getting on the line through their website and after waiting a few minutes the... hostess told us they didn?t give her any electronic devices so we had to get on line again. After 23 additional minutes wedecided to call it quit and leave. Restaurant was almost empty. Only one big table. Staff walking around without even sayinghello or acknowledging you. The server was plain not interested in serving us. She literally brought our first drink and chips and the food runner brought... the refills and food. She did absolutely nothing. Didn?t come back to check on us not once. If it was my restaurant I would fireher. That?s how bad it was. If you treat customers this way I don?t know how you expect to make tips are even hold a job. My food was only OK. I had limp, watery chicken over lettuce. The cheese was so finely grated that it had no taste. My husband's... burger was very greasy. The restaurant was kind of dingy and dark (we were away from the windows next to the kitchen door). Ourserver was good, we appreciated her quickness and attention to our needs. Staff was nice and the food was not bad and filling!
Due to circumstances created by the virus panic, there was only one server to take care of the entire restaurant. But, you know... what? She was more than up to the task. Fantastic! It was a cold gray and miserable day (not what this California boy is usedto) and soup seem to be what I needed. I was right. Had the loaded baked potato soup. It was the best potato soup I?ve ever hadin all of my many decades. It was so good that I returned and ordered two bowls. I will happily go out of my way to dine atChili?s. Read more
We went to this restaurant after our first choice offered us an hour and a half wait to be seated. We, a party of seven, were... seated within 10 minutes. Our server, while stretched, was attentive, accurate and friendly. Excellent fare, excellent servicein a clean and hospitable restaurant! What could be better! Read more
