I've been coming here nonstop for 2 years. Over the last 2 years, the customer service has plummeted. The manager chewed out a... clearly new employee in front of all the other customers for putting a little too much chicken in my husbands bowl. It made usfeel very awkward as well as everyone around us. No one talks to us when we check out, just hands us our food and walks away.One visit i asked for a little queso on my bowl. My husband asked for queso when the worker replied "do you want a little quesotoo so you don't have to pay for it?". We do not have these issues at ANY other chipotle. Do better. Read more
When I came in to get dinner there was a sign that said due to short staffing you had to do orders online. I tried to do that on... my phone but my phone was not cooperating. I went up to the desk to ask someone who is working there if my phone wasn't workingand I couldn't do an online order could I still place a small order. He said yes but the girl next to him refuted that andrefused to take my order. I asked her if I didn't have a smartphone then does that mean I can't eat at Chipotle? She said yes. Ihave been a loyal customer of Chipotle for 10 years but I will never go back after that. They had enough people and a willingperson to take my order and refuse to. Read more
This restaurant is always a steady pretty good place to get takeout. They leave your order on a rack to pick up which makes it... nice if you don?t want to interact with humans or just want it fast. I always get chips and queso which is always good and asofrita burrito that?s tasty. I?d recommend it. Read more

Chipotle is always on point, yall!!! With some amazing plant-based options, Chipotle is by far one of my favorite places to stop... in and grab a salad bowl with a bag of chips. Idk how people think Moe's is even good compared to this. Their taste buds mustnot work right! Read more
Can someone from this restaurant please explain to me how the solution to your problems is serving ONLY to go orders inside the... restaurant? The fact that you have to order from the app, wait forever inside, and then get your meal to go makes no sense. Theamount of time it takes to place the order and wait on it is triple the time it takes to simply order at the counter. There aredozens of other restaurants in the area experiencing the same staffing shortage issues as this Chipotle, but they all continueto operate at a normal baseline and serve customers. Read more
