I know times are tough for everyone out there. But I really have to question how the owners of this location are treating their... staff since they constantly seem to have staffing issues. This Chipotle has consistently disappointed in service quality, staff attitude, food availability, food quality, and online only... / vs in-person only. I live in the area and have tried to give them multiple chances and have had different problems every timeI'm there. I have to say, there has gotta be a management issue of some sort to result in the constant disappointment. One ofmy trips there, I arrived to online order only at 5 on a weekend. While ordering online, I found that they were out of chips,which was strange, as bags full of chips lined the shelves. Multiple customers nicely requested one of the bags of chips, andemployees would rudely huff and give them a bag. Shortly after, an employee and a manager started to move the over 30-40 bags ofchips from the front to storage in the back so they weren't visible to customers (although full of chips). After receiving myfood, the cooked veggies were almost raw, having barely been cooked. Read more
Good food, fast. Side note, at the time of this writing, this Chipotle (Asheville) has a staff shortage and only takes orders... online. We arrived and saw the sign saying online orders only. We went inside, sat down and went to their website and placed theorder. Less than 10 min later, our food was ready. I actually think this works better than the normal way. The food was hot andgood. Horrible service. Chips are always stale and everytime I?ve done an order for pickup it?s missing items. Most recently my... quesadilla was completely missing the 2 sides I ordered and burrito was missing corn salsa I ordered for it. It?s like thispretty much everytime I order from there. Would not recommend this location, especially for how overpriced the food is to beginwith. Read more
Great food. This particular day they were short on staff and accepting online orders, only. I asked for assistance on ordering... w/o needing door dash, etc. and same staff mbr kept pointing at the sign that read "online orders, only". Finally, the managerstepped up and he took my order & prepared my salad bowl. One of the staff told him, "You don't have to do this." I felt like myorder was a BOTHER! I gave a $2 tip. This chipotle is constantly skimping on protein. I got three three pointers today and they were all very short on protein. I... even asked for more and they gave me two small pieces of meat on one of the three, and then told me they couldn?t give me anymore. This is sad.
