App said 45-55 minutes, I called after an hour went by and was told it would be another 20-30 minutes. Pizza arrived cold and... when my husband called to complain, was asked if we wanted a refund and then was hung up on. If you know an order is not goingto leave the store for over an hour, WHY make the pizza immediately for it to just sit on a shelf? It doesn?t matter if it takesover two hours to get a meal delivered, it should show up hot. Read more

Didn?t want to give any stars? our pizza was cold and not cooked. I asked for a credit and was told we?d need to bring the pizza... back. I simply asked for a credit and explained we live quite a distance away. I didn?t get the name of the girl I spoke to butto say she was rude and argumentative is a vast understatement. This happened Oct. 1, 2022. If this is how Dominos treatscustomers then they need to take a long hard look at who they hire and how they?re trained. I?ve read several of the reviewsfrom this location and the DM asked for suggestions on how to improve? maybe training your people the concept of ?the customeris always right? would be a good place to start and letting employees know that it isn?t okay to be rude to customers. All weasked for was a credit, we would gladly have come back another time. Not now. Your location won?t get another penny from us andbased on how your employees act, you don?t care. Read more

Made order at 7:21. It's 9:18 and still not delivered (said 66-76 minute wait). Called 3 times to the store. , They hung up on... me twice before even saying hello. The third time, no one answered but I could hear all of the background shenanigans.Conversation did not sound like they cared about the customer. Beyond disappointed. Placed an order for half cheese & half supreme. Pizza was delivered all supreme. I called back and they said they would make it... right by sending a new pizza. An hour and a half after my original order was placed it was still not delivered. I called andasked for a refund and was told no one can help me. I now have no pizza and no refund. Customer service sucks here. Read more

I placed a large online order for a birthday party and it did not go through for some reason. We were running late when we came... to pick it up. The staff was so awesome and got our order completed right away and they were so nice. Read more

Pizza arrived cold after sitting for over 30 minutes in ?Quality Check? status. Received no phone call or text to let me know... that the order was running drastically late. Driver notified me that the pizza was so late because ?everyone decided to order atthe same time apparently?. I would have much rather heard ?I?m so sorry, we just don?t have enough drivers.? - please don?tblame poor customer service on the customer.
