Theresa went above and beyond for customer service today, when she made some more of my favorite doughnut when they were out!
Depending on the time of day will you actually get your order right good service and decent quality food if you go in the... afternoons (2nd shift) by the time you get to the window even though I repeated myself 3 times they don't remember, then themanager let me know that she was a trainee, yet she was at the window by herself very confused. Even with their curbside being closed, I called the store and was able to get my mobile order brought to my car. I got them to... leave the order on the hood of my car since my friend and I are sick. They were extremely accommodating to our request. Theyeven gave us a free donut with a sweet note on it! Great staff and products! Read more

Cold coffee when it isn?t supposed to be is such a downer. I understand they are likely understaffed, but there was not another... customer in sight and two people working. I waited quite a while for my coffee (just hot coffee with cream), finally got it andtook off. I waited so long in fact I assumed they were making a fresh pot. It?s cold. Lukewarm is an exaggeration.
