Depending on the time of day will you actually get your order right good service and decent quality food if you go in the... afternoons (2nd shift) by the time you get to the window even though I repeated myself 3 times they don't remember, then themanager let me know that she was a trainee, yet she was at the window by herself very confused. I still didn't get everything Iordered and was basically 2 pieces of bread with 2 slices of cheese thrown in it barely grilled and an apple juice 1 donut.Comeon guys thats not a hard order. Read more
Even with their curbside being closed, I called the store and was able to get my mobile order brought to my car. I got them to... leave the order on the hood of my car since my friend and I are sick. They were extremely accommodating to our request. Theyeven gave us a free donut with a sweet note on it! Great staff and products! Read more
So impressed by the kindness of the staff! My household was just struck by COVID, meaning we can't really get out and are stuck... at home. We parked in a curbside pickup lane and asked if our mobile order could be left on the hood of the car. The staffagreed to it, and not only took time to deliver the order, but included a donut and sweet note for us. The coffee was great aswell! Read more

Cold coffee when it isn?t supposed to be is such a downer. I understand they are likely understaffed, but there was not another... customer in sight and two people working. I waited quite a while for my coffee (just hot coffee with cream), finally got it andtook off. I waited so long in fact I assumed they were making a fresh pot. It?s cold. Lukewarm is an exaggeration. I calledand politely said ?I was just there and got cold coffee- just wanted to let you know so you can pour that one out or whatever? -no apology, nothing.
