Service ok , food was warm not hot . No cars parked so no dine in just one car ahead of me in DT .
We noticed this area has totally improved. Trees and shrubs are trimmed and presence of panhandlers has disappeared. We feel... safe going back to Hardee's again. No longer feel safe here. Feels dangerous, day or night.. We no longer go here. So manypanhandling persons in parking lot here and adjacent dunkin donuts ( and Dairy Queen) emerging from bushes arguing, approachingcars to beg for money at Hardee's exit. This place is off limits to my kids. Feels creepy and unsafe. Beggars camped betweenthe bushes and beside a dumpster between Dairy Queen and Dunkin Donuts which are adjacent. Read more
Stopped here for lunch on our road trip. Worst Hardee?s I have been too. Ordered large meals and had to ask for cups, received... medium sized fries, was ignored after the credit card payment cleared, about 25 minute wait for food, food was cold and smashedfrom the employees checking what sandwich was in what wrapper and arguing with each other. I even cornered an employee to getthe code to use the disgusting bathroom. TLDR go somewhere else. Read more
So...the chicken sandwich was not that great. It was burnt actually, but that wasn't the worst part. I didn't order a chicken... sandwich. I ordered 9 straps...which is a different number and I have sauces for strips in the bag. When I called the store, Igot no answer as they are understaffed like everywhere else. So it's go hungry, or spend an hour fighting the cookout line on aSaturday night. Read more
Waited a few minutes at menu, we were the only car and when at the window they confused our order somehow. Took over 10 minutes... to get a burger and some tenders. Unsure why because nothing was hot enough to have been cooking. Burger was half wrapped and ina pool of grease, fries tasted like the oil was old and they'd been sitting. Tea tasted over brewed. Food was good. Definitely fresh and hot. Love their fries! Service was good for only 2 workers there. Counter worker was nice... and friendly. Apologized about the wait which was not that long. I would go there again. Read more
The food was great, we didn't have to wait long and the staff were very friendly.
Lazy staff, filthy establishment, and cold food. Most disgusting place I?ve been into in a long long time. Shame on you... negligent leadership personnel !!! 5 people are staffed, and only 1 (I think) was working. Lots of loud laughing and horseplaycoming from the back where the staff hides out. Read more
