The wings were amazing! They're perfectly cooked, sauced, and if you have them delivered via DoorDash they're kept warm till... they're delivered. Was so ready to give this place 5 stars until i got halfway through my meal and then my boneless wings started tasting weird.... Most of my wings were inedible due to random hard pieces and chewy pieces, the sauce was at the bottom of the box instead of onthe wings and there was tons of breading. Order was completely wrong and screwed up and wings were some of the worst I've ever had at least the ones that were edible.... Most of them completely undercooked absolutely disgusting and the "free fries" are awful no wonder they are free because no onewould ever willing pay for them if they knew how bad they were. First off let me say, I have never written a review nor do I care too. This experience needs to be shared so others may not make... the same mistake. Problem one: This is a chilis, not some local restaurant or even its own franchise. They literally operate outof a chilis, with no signage on the door except to tell you to part a designate spot and wait for someone to come and bring thefood to you. Should have been the first clue. Needless to say I didn't listen but I didn't get my hopes up. I arrived earlierthan the expected ready time, cause I would rather wait and get my wings hot. When I went inside they were already ready andsitting there for me. I got home and I had ordered 24 bone in wings and 11 boneless wings, 2 sauced and 2 dry rub flavors. Uponinspection most of the wings were cold and soggy. One was drowned in sauce, the other barely had sauce on them. Both weresupposed to be (hot) but neither were nor had any flavor of what was described. The dry rubs were covering the bottom of thecontainers rather than the wings themselves. I maybe ate 12 of a possible 35 wings. Not to mention, the fries were rubber. CheapArby knock off rubber curly fries. If I get my money back great and I will try in the morning or probably most likely wait tilmonday with the holiday, but I doubt a company that puts out a product like this will do anything than continue the scam ofwhich they operate. DO NOT GO HERE. GO LOCAL!!!!! THIS PLACE IS F***ING TRASH. As a former restaurant GM and having worked inevery position in the industry, and took pride in the product I put out. I would never say this has anything to do with theemployees themselves other than I understand not making adequate wages produces poor performance, which clearly this experienceis a result of. I ordered wings through Door Dash and the driver arrived late with my order and my fries were cold. Why didn't Rebecca use her... phone's GPS? Who knows....I wish that I could get my tip back along with half the price of my order. The wings were prettygood. (Just lukewarm) Read more
Objects in pictures are way more appetizing than the orders that appear from this place. Disgusting. The ?smoked? wings are... definitely fried. They were overcooked and dry. The fries tasted old. It turns out that it?s inside the Chili?s, but somehow notaffiliated. The service was terrible. The cashier couldn?t ring anything up for me or add anything to the order. I didn?t getsauce on the wings because I thought that they were smoked and wanted the sauce on the side but there wasn?t an option. I wish Ihad saved my money because my order wasn?t even edible. First let me say I've had these wings before and they were great. Dunno if it's covid understaffing, or just laziness but this... was NOT it. I ordered 2 orders of wings, 11 each. Neither was correctly sauced. Basically naked chicken with a drizzle on top.And they were cold due to not being dropped at the correct time. Never again. Read more
Absolutely ridiculous & just down right lazy. We received our food with the bag and fries completely covered in sauce. Huge... mess... had to lay a towel down from it staining things in our home. Even our dasher said to leave a review.. just sodisappointed for the price you pay. I would not recommend unless you're looking for a mess and saucy fries. Future advice -separate the fries from the wings, and maybe consider containers that actually close. The sauce just sits at the bottom of thebox, the wings aren't even covered. Just all around bad experience. & apparently this is a Chilis. It is very misleading. Wethought this was another franchise business so take that into consideration as well. Read more
