Ummm not sure what this is?. I cannot pick it up it?s so soggy! The bread is soggy yet also stale. I mean. It?s edible, nothing... rancid or anything. But it?s gross, taste gross. Edit: I did take a couple of bites because I was hungry, but it gave mestraight up diarrhea. Read more
Came in order our food around 8:20PM tonight. Several people came in behind us order their food for take-out or sit outside. We... sit inside with 2 other friends to eat. Our food was great, service was very good until at 8:58 we was told by a younggentleman with colored hair that the store was currently closed and it would be appreciated if we would hurry up & leave. I dounderstand that everyone is working hard & wants to go home but he could've asked a little different. Maybe "We just want youto know that we are now closed, do you mind if we clean up around you" to me would've sounded better & not so rude!! Read more
Downgrading from 4 to 2. Over the past couple of months, the quality and customer service have degraded. Very rude and... unfriendly employees making subpar sandwiches with increasingly scant ingredients. Not sure what has happened. Read more
If there is 0 stars I would give it. You never know WHAT absent minded individual making your sandwich. -they?re always trying... to remember the 12 options. Not fresh bread. Takes 2 hours. not enough seating. & for a ?decent? CHAIN- if you could call itthat- it?s somehow the WORST Jersey Mikes I have EVER been to. Been here a few times now. Rude employees, the place is a mess, the bread is always flakey and borderline stale. I?ll drive 20... min to Arden from now on. Examples of rating: employees eating behind counter, never have been greeted, employees chat behindcounter instead of taking order, employees play not it when customers come in, sanitizer is out, toppings and meat all over theplace. I think management of some sort or change in management is a must. Read more
Meat to bread ratio is subpar. Gluten free up charge is pricey at $1.50. Sweet tea tastes days old and kinda gross. Had to eat... in my car because the empty store had no clean tables. Read more

This Jersey Mike?s is literally the worst in Asheville. The staff here is incredibly rude and disrespectful, rolling their eyes... when you ask for things. Do not order from here. Management, fire your current staff. The kids who work there have no work ethicand are incredibly rude. Read more
