Wanted to try the new advertised big box on the menu board. Was told it was discontinued so I got a spicy sandwich instead.... Asked for side of mac n cheese instead of fries. Got to the window and was told "oh we do have the big box if you wanted toswitch back to that" for ease of service I just stuck with the spicy sandwich and side of mac. Didn't get the side of mac ncheese and handed me a bag of food with no drink. Not a great experience. Read more

Best fries ever! And such good chicken tenders (I got the Nashville Hot ones)! So much flavor! Pretty fast drive thru

The manager (Francisco) was the name another employee gave me, is very rude and disrespectful. The order was wrong and he was... giving us a hard time when this problem was brought to his attention. During this time he would speak to another employee inspanish so we would not know what he was saying. This was not the first time we have had an issue with this KFC and thismanager, literally the exact same issue with the wrong order every time. But it will be the last because I will go out of my wayto never make another purchase at this location again and will direct anyone else I know that goes here to do the same. Read more

Ordered the white meat dinner. Chicken was hot ad very moist. Fast and friendly service

Went inside and asked for a fresh 12 piece. The manager was very accommodating. He also asked me to let him know how we liked... rhe chicken. My fiancee said the breast were very moist and delicious unlike most places the breast tend to be dry. Veryfriendly employees as well. Read more

Terrible experience. Walked inside so I didn't have to wait in the Drive-Thru. Other customers were coming in and ordered after... me and we're getting their food first waited for like 20 minutes and they still couldn't get my order done but they got multipleother people's orders done first. Stopped there at 7pm Thursday to try the chicken sandwich that has been all over the tv. Took about 3 minutes to get someone to... come to the counter to take my order. I think this might be the worst chicken sandwich I have ever wasted 6 dollars on. Ittasted like old oil, that was when I finally was able to get a bite off, cause the chicken was sooo dry and the bun was likebiting into cardboard. other than that not to bad, place is super clean and the condiments are outstanding, in fact the 6 dollarpickles were all most worth it. All I can say is WOW! We've gone to this KFC many, many times over the years. Bought dinner there last night (4/8/22) and boy... have things changed! Believe we saw the man there who used to run/work at Boston Market before it closed. If not the case, Iapologize. IF the case, all the food is now SO good, and I do me ALL the food.
