I use to love going here. Never had any issues until recently. The last 2 times I've ordered ive gotten COLD bread and the wrong... pizzas! Can feed the hoard for $25. The pizzas not bad either.
I normally like little Caesars but this place... the phone number is completely bogus. TWICE I've tried to order a Three meat... treat for $8, available everywhere but here apparently, and even the manager tried to charge me $14. Stopped by tonight to get ahot ready, Friday night didn't have one and the manager and several others laughing and doing nothing on there phones. Unreal. Read more
How this place remains in business is a $6million dollar question. It's dirty. There is NEVER anything hot and ready...defeats... the purpose when that is a MAJOR selling point of the business. edit: this pizza has gone downhill seriously! i havent eaten here in a long time and decided to give another go around. my pizza... was cold and stiff and had obviously been sitting on the shelf for some time. the crust to pizza ratio was horribly off andwhoever made the crust was trying to do a bad job. where was the pizza sauce? this was the dryest pizza, hardly any grease orsauce, or cheese, never thought id say that about pizza! no one could enjoy it at all, the worst pizza i have had ever, wont beback. Picked up 2 ready to go Pizzas, Good customer service, and a reasonable price, however the pizzas were just okay.
Update (a month later): We tried again for their pizza and they seem to have gotten much better. Not sure what they?re doing... now, but this time around they made a really good pizza. The bread/crust and toppings were just right and tasted fresh.Wondering if it was due to an entirely new staff. But thank you. 4/5 stars Old review: I?m not sure what happened to LittleCaesars. We used to love this place, but lately the quality of your pizza has gone from amazing to just horrible. We ordered aregular and a thin crust pizza today thinking that we?d get the same quality of pizza we used to get several months ago, but Icould barely finish my first thin crust piece and the regular didn?t taste freshly baked, they tasted like microwaved old pizza.The thin crust had too much pepperoni that they were stacked up on top of one another, and the crust just tasted old. I reallyhope you?re not microwaving old pizzas and serving them out to your customers. I?m wondering if this place just got a newmanager or new staff who don?t know what they?re doing.
