Horrible encounter at this McDonald?s location, not only were the staff rude, the lady at the drive through shut her window... while I was still talking about what they were displaying on the screen, stating if they do not ask about your mobile app youwill receive a chocolate chip cookie, yes I was upset about them not doing what what displayed on the main screen but theencounter from the employees were very unprofessional and rude! Despite ordering table service, my order was not delivered and was given to another customer. Upon showing the table service... order to the manager, she said that she had no trays to deliver the order to the table. Corporate needs to review the executionin this store. The worst McDonald?s location I have experienced. I could have taken many more photos of filth. Read more

The only positive things I have to say are that the order was correct and they move the line along. Beyond that, I have never... had a big mac so dry and unappetizing, and I have never had fries that were soggy, cold, and had a funky aftertaste all at once.I didn't finish the fries and barely got down the Nasty Mac. I am not nit picky when it comes to fast food. Just don't go here.Restaurant also has not responded which tells me they don't even want to try to give an effort. Read more

What a ridiculous situation. There were definitely a decent amount of people in line but the worker comes out and puts one cone... in front of only my cars line explaining there are only two people working today so we need to leave. I politely told her Ialready have a mobile order so I would not mind waiting and instead of moving the cone out in front of my car she says sure youcan go around it if you really want. She put it so close to my car I had to back up to get out of the line. I canceled my orderand am now happily and patiently waiting at chic fil a instead. All this pregnant lady wants is a breakfast sandwich for a busyday! I understand being understaffed but if someone is willing to patiently wait you think they would try not to run them off.This is not the first terrible experience I had here and I think I am done giving them chances. I hate leaving because I try giving benefit of the doubt and I understand that staffing is an issue these days, but this was... probably the worst experience I had at a McDonald's. Due to short staffing, the doors to the lobby were locked. No signs sayingit was closed. Customers who had walked out said food was cold (guess they lucked out in lobby before we arrived). Drive thruonly and that food was Luke warm. Would have given 1 star had I not known they were under staffed. Hopefully things will improvenext time Read more

Food was fine. I guess I eat at Chick-fil-A too much and expect friendly customer service. Amazing how a culture of caring about... small things like tone of voice make a big difference to me. When you go somewhere to eat, the experience is so much betterwhen you are served by friendly people who sound like they are somewhat happy to be breathing on the earth. Read more

Worst service I have ever seen. We pulled in the drive thru, no one ever came on the speaker. We pulled to the window because... we had already paid on the app. No one came to the window, but we could see employees walking around on their phones. We wavedand they saw us and turned around and continued to ignore us. Finally after 10 more minutes at the window they gave us ourorder and were rude. Meanwhile several other people were at the speakers to order & were ignored. As well as trying to openthe doors and an employee locked them at 4:15 pm in the afternoon. They need to work on customer service. Read more

Decent drive-thru visit. No issues. Update upon a 2nd visit 4/3/22: Waited at lane 2 drive thru menu, got skipped over. Pulled... to parking to go inside. Door was locked. Went back to drive, lane 1 this time, then they said something was wrong with theircomputer and couldn't take orders. What. The. Heck. Rating changed from 4 to 1 stars. Read more
