I had a good experience at this location a few years ago. Unfortunately this visit was not the same. From the start the... employees seem to be very unorganized, panicked and practically reaching over each other to make dishes in what looked like avery random order. My burrito was cold and falling apart, my wife ordered a quesadilla and received a cold burrito instead, thenafter leaving we noticed our receipt, we had been overcharged by at least $8 not to mention it wasn?t even what we had orderedon the receipt. Never coming back. Their steak was so soft when chewing it was nasty. No flavor in the steak or guacamole. Cold chips.
The food was great and service was awesome. I recommend eating here if you ever get a chance.
This was the dirtiest restaurant I've ever been in. The bar where they make your food hasn't been wiped down recently so my... burrito foil was disgusting. The front checkout was also gross from your food sliding through filth. The trash cans wereoverflowing. None of the tables were clean. There was trash and food all over the ground. The food has a very fresh taste and the salsa is a great addition to what ever you order. The outdoor dinning area is nice as... the scene is the entrance to downtown Asheville. The queso is a must with the chips! Read more
I only give a 1 star because there?s not a lesser option!! I love Moes! However, this location was just horrible! The staff was... not Moe?s friendly. The food was almost completely cold. They places bags of chips in a window seal at the table behind us, Iassume to ?heat? them. This was my husband?s first time and is was not a good experience! A few days later I talked hubby togoing to the Moes in Arden and he loved it! Needless to say, we will never return to Moes at Biltmore!
