I came from another state and now live approximately 30 minutes from this Moe's. I walked in the door no welcoming like... "Welcome to Moe's," which was a common saying in the state I move from to everyone that comes in. I was moving in the line fastand a guy said lady, lady, you etc in a RUDE way and I asked about the difference with Homewrecker and burrito and he said onehas Guac the other doesn't. I said I want a burrito, he said rice and beans(NOT ASKING me which kind I want, just giving methem,I didn't want the kind he gave me). Then he scurried me along, this time asking what kind of meat, I said chicken(Thechicken looked BURNED), it looked DIRTY the food area and tables were dirty. I paid even gave a tip, but NO WARMTH to thebusiness personalities and the food WASN'T HOT and I GOT DIARRHEA when I came home, I was perfectly healthy before Moe's and I'mbetter this morning. My son and I won't ever return to this Moe's. I will now put my business in Chipotle. Long run onsentences, but hopefully you can get what is going on. Every week I go somewhere to eat. Read more
Since my original review 7 mos ago I've returned a half dozen times. My first experience was the exception not the rule. I've... not enjoyed any of the meals I've had since. The chips are spiceless and taste like they were cooked in dishwater. The lettuceand lime juice I typically add were strange tasting. If you're looking for a similar type of meal but with consistently goodquality and tasty chips, check out Barberitos on Hendersonville Road. Read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! My stepson left his wallet and a employee stole 800 dollars in cash, plus his mother?s debit card. This... employee as recognized by the acting manager also tried to cash app money from that card to herself. Which led to identificationof her. The general manager agreed when he heard the name she was employed there and couldn?t speak English to well therefore hewould handle it and contact within 24 hours. It?s been 36 hours and he won?t return a email nor call. We are going to the policeto handle this matter. Moes should be handling this being she was on the clock doing this! Beware!!!! The food is good. The atmosphere is relaxed. The place is clean and the prices aren't bad. It's the only place work going to... that I can get the entire family fed (two adults, three kids) for around thirty dollars. We've gone so often, almost weekly,that we've made friends with the staff and they often anticipate our order. I believe the kids love it for the prodigiousselection of soft drinks, which they love to mix and match, producing various concoctions of their own devising. It's a greatdestination for a cheap family meal, yet the food quality is well above your tropical fast food. Read more
