My mother and some friends of mine and I went to Outback today for an early supper and I'm glad we did! The food was delicious,... everything was hot and fresh, drinks were plentiful and never ran out and the service was 5 stars. The last several times wehave been we have had similar experiences but today was over the top. This was due to our server Grant who was amazing. He wasfriendly and professional and fast! One of the things I thought that was so thoughtful was him putting the lids on our saucecups that we were taking home. I noticed that but didn't say anything to my group but have to mention that it was classy. Itwas just one of those extra little touches that he did that was greatly appreciated. My wife and I had dinner here on Saturday. The service was the best I've seen in quite some time. Our server was Grant and... he moved as if he was on roller skates. He was very attentive. We both ordered the Caramel Mustard Glazed Pork Chops and theywere excellent. Every staff member we encountered thanked us for our business. The management clearly wants that message outthere and it works. We were very pleased with our experience and will be returning soon. Read more
I sat at the Bar and it took a while to Order my food. We ordered a Blooming onion and it was great, I Also ordered a Salad and... a Steak, My 1st Steak was Obviously Over Cooked and This, I requested another and it was great, Then I finally got my Salad. Iasked the Manager do you know what Order that the Food is supposed to come out? He said yes and I said then why did I get mySalad Last? He said he didn't know... Alrighty then... I really don't recommend this place. And that coming from me, I'm in theTop 10 Percent Reviewers of Restaurants in USA. Over 17 Million Views. First time at this location. We sat at the bar like we usually do at restaurants and Tom was our bartender and he was awesome.... It was approximately 4 p.m. on a Thursday afternoon and the place was not crowded at all . My husband got the prime rib sandwichand enjoyed it very much and I got the steak salad. The steak was very tasty but I guess with inflation you only receive a fewstrips of it. That's why I would like to request that those few strips be Choice pieces and sadly mine was not. My very firstbite was nothing but gristle and unfortunately I had that through quite a few of the bites. All in all though the salad wasfantastic, the dressing was a blue cheese vinaigrette with blue cheese crumbles and the salad was really something I would getagain I would just like to hope I get better steak. I got it medium rare and the seasoning was really good. The overallexperience was five stars and if we are up this way again we would not hesitate to go back. Read more
Service was great food was good although my seasonal veggies were a little soggy. The blooming chicken was delicious. As was the... lobster. Bacon cheese fries were good as always. Steak was great, but the pasta dish was lacking authentic flavor. The sauce was like... they just poured it from a can. Wasn't bad it just can be improved. Overall the food was good and we'll be back in the future Read more
