Food is always excellent even if it's a bit pricey. It's worth it. But these people need some help. Both times I've gone to each... location in Asheville there's basically been two people running the whole store. This is far from a complaint because thesepeople are working really hard to make it happen. Having been in the industry most of my life, working in a restaurant is reallyhard work. We just need to remember this the next time we are waiting in line and things are moving slower than they should be.99% of the time the reason isn't because someone is incompetent, it's because they are likely short-handed and the the ones whocame to work are doing the work of 2-3 people by themselves..... because they want you to get your food in a timely manner. My chicken was hot and fresh but I had to wait over 40 minutes for it and I even placed it online. They seemed very short... staffed and you could tell by the body language of workers. The taller dark haired guy that I believe was the manager (or atleast should be if not) did his best to keep track of the orders. There was another older manager (wearing the button up managershirt other guy just had on the black shirt) there who may have been from another store but he was terrible in all aspects. Hemoved with no urgency and was pretty short and rude(as well as ignoring) customers. Then he just disappeared. The taller guyapologized to everyone and was so professional. Read more
Boy this place even after over a year in business just cant get it together. I ordered one of their meal for two that comes with... 5 pieces of chickens and two sides and biscuits. well first off the menu shows 5 nice pieces of chicken but what I got wasn'teven pieces. There were 5 little wings and what looked to be a breast piece left over someone just battered and fired no biggerthen a tender. the two sides ( i ordered double mash potatoes) they just crammed a lot of potatoes into a little cup and on topof it I got no biscuits. I have now tried this place 5 times and every time the food has been awful . They obvious have norespect for customers or the customers money. the time before last I was in the drive through and the lady on the speaker wasbeing obviously rude to the person placing an order. When the customer asked for the sides the reply was they are one theboard. The customer said I don't see them and the lady replied of course you don't. After that she just had a dismissive tone soI left the drive through line and went else wear. I don't think ill be back after this last visit as I feel I just hadleftovers from a pan thrown in a box and given to me for my hard earned money. Read more
I love popeyes...BUT this place is completely awful. The customer service sucks and the employees r horrible. I placed an on... line order and 2 additional orders. Order was not ready when I got to the window. They asked me to pull around to the front andthey wkd bring out everything. As I was pulling off the white boy with blonde hair had some food on his hand which was myonline order. Chking my order my apple pie was missing I backed up and asked for them. They were being baked. Pulled to thefront to waiting on the rest of my orders. The white boy with blonde hair brought out some food. Again missing apple pies, Iasked for them he got an aditude and went bck in side. Chking the other orders fries and biscuits missing do I walked in thestore a black male met me at the door with apple pies. I told him what else I was missing and told him they were wrking mynerves he won't in and told his master/ manager. She was rude because a curse word came our my mouth. I ???? in general andthey kept missing up my order and no apologized at all for the inconvenience to me. Never again will I associate my self orspend any money here again. Whenever I visit a Popeyes, which is always when I'm travelling since I don't have one near where I live ????, I always order... the blackened chicken tenders. They always require a wait because they're always made to order, and the wait is always worthit. That being said, whoever seasoned and cooked my blackened chicken strips at this location today made the absolutely BESTI've ever had at any location! Beyond pleased with my visit here! Read more
Ordered #10 from menu with sides Cole slaw and popcorn shrimp with Mac cheese, got my order with no sides in it, no straw and... when walked in , after me another lady walked in with same problem, ordered and changed for one staff received somethingelse. GM said he will help me, ended up help, he helped that lady and for my questions about my food started to yell and cussedme out. U can see video it is included. Read more
My husband and I ordered 2 family meals online for pickup from this location on Sunday 11/6/22. The order was placed and our... card was charged at 5:52 PM. Upon arriving at the restaurant to pick-up our order we found that they had closed at 5PM! Theybilled our card for $59.92 and we had NO FOOD! Spent the next hour trying to get dinner for our family at a different restaurantafter having driven for a half hour for nothing. We have called customer service and hopefully they will refund the charges in 3to 5 days. This is unbelievable to me. Read more
