Visited for the first time last night. Heather, our waitress was awesome. Steaks were cooked great, sides tasted perfect, so... overall a great experience with the food and server. went here for our 5 year anniversary! absolutely loved it! being as that i’ve never been to a super nice restaurant like this,... i didn’t think to make a reservation, but we sat in the bar area and it was just as nice. i LOVED our waiter, he was supernice and helpful. definitely recommend!! Parking in the lot is only for valet. If you don’t want someone to drive your car (Covid) better expect to walk. The food and... service was excellent. Had a 3pm reservation but had to wait with 4 other couples. I doubt we’ll be back. Read more
We love to visit this location while we visit the Asheville area. We recently stopped in for dinner during the holidays. I... was wanting seafood and my husband was looking for a nice steak. This restaurant seemed to be the perfect match. We arrived(12/27/21) to a busy evening and selected the bar location. I would highly recommend dinner in the bar given our great service(Trish - bartender/wait staff - awesome) and nicely spaced tables. We ordered drinks at the bar and waited for our table to becleared. We were seated and then this special notice was dropped off at our table. Well, we were very disappointed to thelack of product availability. Basically, they had little to no seafood items. We made the best of it and ordered dinner as wehad already ordered drinks and it was too late to go looking for another restaurant. I could tell our wait staff wasembarrassed by the lack of food items from the menu. I gave the review a "3" as they did not disclose the lack of foodproducts on-line, when we arrived or prior to ordering a drink. I would consider returning to try a meal again only aftercalling the restaurant so see what food they would be serving. Read more
Took my daughter here for here birthday & they made every moment special. The cream spinach is VERY good , the steak was juicy ,... + my mac cheese was absolute . The wine selection was pretty good as well. We have been to several Ruth Chris Locations but thisone tops them all. Read more
We went during the holiday weekend so they were incredibly short staff which was understandable but they were also out of about... 50% of the menu. We waited for 30 min to be seated then in one of our menus found a list of everything they were out of- whichwas all of the seafood, chicken, and non- steak items. It was really disappointing that no one bothered to address this BEFOREwe waited 30 minutes for a table or that our server also never addressed it when she greeted us… it wasn’t even in bothmenus just one of them. Complimentary valet parking. Friendly staff. Nice location central to Asheville tourist area. Went for dinner on our honeymoon... and enjoyed ourselves greatly! They brought us a little vase of flowers for the table and made sure we had a great meal. Elijahour waiter was fantastic! Would go back! Read more
Me,my wife,and our granddaughter celebrated my wife's birthday tonight. It was an amazing experience from the minute we walked... through the door. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Our server Elijah was the absolute best server we have had in along time at any restaurant. He was really attentive to us . He made us feel like family.
