Love that this Starbucks is so close to me and open early. I order the venti americano each time and they make it fast and... tasty. Good servers. I always leave a tip. But I realized when I ordered a venti caramel frappuccino with almond milk that theycharge 75 cents more for substituting almond milk. That does not make any sense to me. Read more
I will NEVER buy Starbucks coffee or anything else they sell. My husband helped build the Starbucks building on Charlotte... Street, and got paid about 4 months after he was done. And we needed the money badly. So their NEVER getting a dime of my money.Besides my coffee tastes a heck of alot better than theirs!!!! Read more
I?m afraid I had a very unpleasant experience at this location today. I had ordered a peppermint mocha frap with no whip. The... young man who was making my order proceeded to top it with whip. I asked him to just remove what he could and that would befine. On my way to my car, I took a sip and realized I had iced coffee that tasted awful ? not a frap. I returned to thecounter, explained to the young lady who tool my order only to have be a bit curt with me. She told me she would make meanother one, turned and snatched a cup from the dispenser slinging another cup into the floor. The young man turned to anothercounter while making a drink, kicked the cup and picked it up and placed it on the counter. After seeing this, I asked theyoung lady to let me speak to a manager. She pointed out a young man at the door keeping count of occupancy. When Iapproached, he was very cordial and told me he was aware she had been a bit hostile toward me. I explained what happened andthen explained my concern for the empty cup on the counter that might well be snatched up to make the next drink. Heimmediately got up to remove that cup. Thankful that he handled it, learned that the young man who messed up my drink was stillin training, and upset at the young lady who clearly wasn?t doing her job well... I doubt I?ll go back to that venue. Read more
Starbucks is completely overrated their coffee is high-priced and not very good. You can find better coffee in local shops or... even in your own kitchen. Skip the snooty barista and just make your own coffee. In fact, Ingles sells coffee beans. Buy some!! Read more

The cashier was rude as I was ordering two sandwiches and a vent frappe, as I was telling her which sandwich she rudely... interrupts me, tell me to wait until she was ready for the rest of my order. Apparently she can only do one thing at a time.There was no one else in line and no one waiting! Also I know that a Carmel Frappuccino comes with Carmel but apparently to herit doesn?t.
