The young lady and young man that was working tonight we're very polite and professional. They worked well as a team to quickly... and efficiently make the 4 ft long sandwiches that I had ordered. I know that sometimes working in the food industry can bestressful, and I hope that the manager and owner of this particular establishment really appreciate these two employees. Read more
if I could give them a zero in customer service I would.i have never been treated so rude, horrible attitudes. I asked about a... coupon and a guy with weird fluffy dreads said I dk read the coupon. The red headed young lady doing the veggies rolled her eyesslapped my sandwich together so sloppy and they both acted so angry and rude.. if my younger daughter was not with me I wouldhave told them off. When I want a health fast food I come here to get a 6 inch herb bread ,Tuna, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, Italian Seasoning ..This... location in Asheville on Patterson Ave is really nice . The Manager there does a good job..The Hair and Tattoos let's you knowhe is a serious guy... Read more
For sure don't order online to have it delivered. Your order will be wrong (twice in one week), and when you call they will... blame the delivery driver for your order being wrong, and when you tell them it's not the drivers fault it's theirs they willblame being busy, and they will hang up on you. When you drive in you will see nobody in the store but 1 person and employeeshanging out at booths. When you ask which one is Candice and ask her for a refund due to the treatment you received from her andyour order being wrong twice in 2 weeks, you will get cussed, walked away from twice, told to call tunnel rd, and when you layyour wrong sandwich down to walk out to get your phone, Candice will throw it away and then refuse food or refund, and when youargue she will throw you out and ban you. My pregnant wife has been having a rough first trimester, and hasn't been eating due to aversions. Tonight for whatever reason... she was craving Subway (we haven't eaten there in years). I ran over to this Subway on Patton Avenue to catch them before 9 PM.I got there at 8:38 PM to find the staff sitting at a booth, and I was told "we closed early because it is slow." I pleadedwith them to help me and shared the story above, and the young woman did not care in the least. I try to be empathetic withfolks, but it was difficult to keep my cool.
