Go here every year for our anniversary. Always great, great views and usually very good and friendly service. Our waitress was... sub-par and not to friendly this time which was a little disappointing. Parking access is very easy BUT EXPENSIVE AS HECK! Beprepared to pay $25 to park yourself in the parking deck. Then figure out the elevator situation. Or pay $35 for valet parking.Last year paid for valet for the first time. We had a wonderful time here and the view is spectacular. The service was a bit slow, but it was crowded. Keep in mind that it's... expensive, because you're paying for the experience and the view, not just the food. I had the roasted cauliflower which was ahead of cauliflower smeared with pesto. That was $28. And it wasn't anything special. In fact, it was quite bland. I got itbecause it was the only vegetarian entree. Their black bean soup was excellent as was their dessert. I sat down on the cocktail terrace outside of the main dining area. They have a nice menu of craft cocktails, beers, wine, and... small plates. They have a nice selection of bourbon as well. My husband and I were visiting Asheville for a friend's event over the weekend but also used this time to celebrate our... anniversary by having dinner at this wonderful restaurant. The view was unbelievable and food was delicious! What really madeour experience worth it (beyond the view of course) though was the amazing service. We were lucky to have Alex as our server. Idon't drink alcohol so asked for a mocktail (which ended up being so delicious, thanks to the bartender!). At the end, we wereprovided complimentary dessert and champagne to celebrate our anniversary which I loved. But what made it that much more specialwas Alex prepared a non-alcoholic option for me so I could choose between that or champagne. For someone who doesn't drinkalcohol, this was by far the most thoughtful thing a server has ever done for me which motivated me to write this glowingreview. Having the opportunity to visit the iconic Omni Hotel I set reservations at their sunset terrace. The view was amazing, and the... drinks were great. For the food it was average. Ordered the salmon and market fish and it was nothing spectacular. I would sayif you visit for a drink and sunset you are in the right spot! Read more

What an incredible experience! The food, the drinks, the ambiance, the view, and our server were all absolutely superb. The... executive chef came over to do a table touch, which was the icing on the cake.
