I ordered the appetizer sampler to go and two of the mozzarella sticks were just a breading shell with no cheese on the inside.... There's no phone number or way of reaching the local management on the receipt. I sat there starving and waiting for my order afull 30 minutes and the potato skins were overdone. I tried emailing the address provided and it doesn't seem to be a workingemail address. My message just bounced back. We were greeted right away and seated in the bar area. Our server stayed on top of things, but not so much that it meal was... interrupted. Our drinks stayed full and our food was delivered promptly. Overall, the restaurant was not very crowded on the barside. The outside seating looked nice, but it had been so hot we didn't even consider asking for it. Or party of three shared afew appetizers and a dessert. The good tasted good and was served at an acceptable temperature. The mozzarella sticks were thebest I've had in a long time. Read more
The food looks good right? Just wait until you taste it. Our food was cooked perfect but the flavors did not work together. The... loaded potatoes we ordered were cold when we got them and not tasty at all. My partner got the steak and it was chewy, so chewyyou would’ve thought it was hubba bubba bubble gum. Food was delicious. Patio dining area is very nice. Patio is adjacent to the front door. Smokers stand immediately outside the... front door and their secondhand smoke drifts under the patio canopy. Completely ruins the atmosphere (no pun intended). Fourdifferent tables said something to the server, she passed it on to the manager but the manager never went out to address it. Waited nearly 40 mins on a Sunday evening for our order (3 items). The restaurant was dead. Only to have our $13 order of... Whisky Strips to come out as a handful of tiny chicken bites. Very sad. Drinks are good. Bartender was attentive. Read more
Stopped in here for a late evening snack after all day out. Had drinks, an appetizer (Buffalo wings),and desert (cinnebon... cheesecake). Service was quick and friendly. Drinks and appetizer came fast. The dessert was different than I had in the pastand was exactly as it sounds, mix a cinnebon into cheesecake, add some yummy carmel and some crunchies, a scoop of ice cream andeat. They did have a sign at the front explaining how all restaurants are having difficulties with the limited number ofwaitstaff but we didn't experience any issues, but we stopped by at a non peak time so adjust your expectation accordingly. Theydo need to freshen up the booths and tables a bit as they show wear and tear. Read more
